Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 18 years of age or over.
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) prize each in the Promotion.
Simple 25 words or less Website Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants, must complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required on the Website and answer in 25 words or less the question “why does your workplace deserves a well-earned coffee break?”.
Each entrant must nominate a workplace that has a business address in one of the locations as detailed in the Prize (Workplace) to be eligible to enter the Promotion.
Each entrant grants the Promoter the right to deliver the prize to their workplace at a time mutually agreeable with the promoter and the winner.
If requested by the Promoter (in its sole discretion), entrants and any Workplace owner that are participating in the Prize must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form in order to be eligible to win and participate in the Prize.
Each entrant must be employed by the Workplace nominated by the entrant for participation in the Prize. The entrant agrees to comply with any reasonable directions and any other restrictions advised by the Promoter and its representatives in order to comply with any CCSP compliance as outlined by the promoter. Each entrant warrants that they have received all consents from third parties that will have access to the CCSP stock.
The entrant’s nominated Workplace must be safe and accessible and the entrant must provide clear and unfettered access to the Promoter and its representatives when delivering the Prize to the nominated Workplace.
Entrants must nominate a personal contact number being either a personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) to be eligible for the prize (Personal Contact Number).
If for any reason an entrant is unable to be contacted the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) may replace that entrant by contacting another entrant to win the prize.
All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 4:00pm AEST Thursday 10 May 2018 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
Prize/s
The number of Prizes to be won will be determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.
The number of Prizes awarded will be determined by the amount of product supplied to winners who are awarded a Prize. The amount of product supplied to winners will be subject to the size of the Workplace as detailed at the time of entry (to be determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion). The Promoter will continue to award Prizes until the maximum Total Prize Value of $10,000 is reached.
The mix of flavours of the products supplied to the Workplace will be determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion.

Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants must be able to take the prize within five (5) days of being notified by the Promoter that they have won a Prize.
