1.The following rules apply for participation in the Katies 2018 ‘Win High Tea for Two’ competition, promoted in Katies Australia stores, the Katies website, Katies emails and Katies social media channels. Katies is a registered brand owned by Specialty Fashion Group Limited.
2.By participation in the competition, you agree to these rules.
3.Entry is open to anyone 18 years and over that is a Katies Rewards card holder, who is an Australian resident. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4.To enter, the Katies Rewards card holder must transact either in store and swipe their membership card, or online and enter their membership details between Monday 00:01AM (AEST) 9th April 2018 and Sunday 11:59PM (AEST) 13th May 2018 (the promotional period). Eligible entrants will be automatically entered in the competition to win. There will be five separate draws, one for each of the following five State Groupings 1) Western Australia; 2) South Australia & Tasmania; 3) Victoria 4) Queensland and Northern Territories; 5) New South Wales and ACT. Eligible entrants will receive an entry into the draw for the State Grouping which corresponds to where they transacted in-store or to their membership home address if they transacted online.
5.There is no restriction on the number of times a Rewards card holder will be entered into the prize draw. Each time the Katies Rewards card member transacts and swipes their card in store or enters their membership details online, they will be entered into the prize draw for the corresponding State Grouping where the transaction was made or for online to their membership home address state.
6.There will be 5 winners, one for each State Grouping and the winners will be drawn by random selection at 16:30PM (AEST) on Thursday 17th May 2018 at Katies head office, 151-163 Wyndham Street Alexandria, NSW 2015. The winners will be notified by telephone and/or email using the contact details available as part of their Katies Rewards membership by no later than 17:00PM (AEST) Friday 25th May 2018. 7.If a winner cannot be contacted within 30 days from the date the winner is announced, the prize is forfeited and a new winner will be randomly selected at 16:30PM (AEST) on 21st June 2018 at Katies head office, 151-163 Wyndham Street, Alexandria NSW 2015. The new winner will be notified by telephone and/or email by no later than 17:00PM (AEST) on 28th June 2018. The new winner will be posted on

8.Prize: There will be 5 winners, who will each receive a $100 voucher for a high tea venue within a 15km radius of their home address. Where a suitable high tea venue cannot be located within a 15 kms radius of the winner’s home address then this will be substituted for a $100 Visa Prepaid Debit gift voucher. Any additional costs associated with receiving or redeeming the prize are not included and are the responsibility of the winner. The total prize pool is $500.
9.The prize is described in these rules. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. Any further costs and expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
10.Katies reserves the right to vary these rules at any time, or to withdraw the Competition altogether for reasons beyond their control.
11.Katies decision is final in connection with all matters arising from this competition and no correspondence will be entered into. Katies accepts no responsibility, liability or any consequences whatsoever for participating in this Competition or the prize offered in relation to the Competition.
12.Katies reserves the right to seek and issue publicity on behalf of the winner. By entering the Competition and accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in publicity as reasonably requested surrounding the Competition.
