1.The Competition
Pure Indulgence is giving you the chance to WIN* a Pure Pamper Gift Voucher valued at $230 . Voucher can be used at any Pure Indulgence Salon
2.The Promoter
The promoter is Pure Indulgence Pty Ltd (ABN 27949468209) Suite 49/17 Cairns St Loganholme QLD 4129 (Promoter).
3.The Prize
The prize consists of a Pure Indulgence Signature Facial and Relaxing Body Massage- 2 hour treatment. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn after a period of two weeks.
4.Drawing and Delivery of Prize
The competition draw will be conducted, by random draw on Saturday the 12th May 2018.
The Prize Winner need not be present at the time or place of the draw to win. The first valid entry drawn is the winner of the prize.
The winner must provide suitable identification to the promoters’ satisfaction to be entitled to claim the prize.
The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to notify the Prize Winner by email
The Promoter is not publishing the results of the competition in any newspaper or any other media without permission from the winner.
If the Prize Winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the parent of guardian of the Prize Winner who form and that parent or guardian will be the Prize Winner for the purposes of the competition.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the conduct of the competition or otherwise.
The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
