Simply spend $80 at any participating store, complete an Entry Form and place it in the barrel located in the Food Court.
The prize includes being chauffeur driven to and from Galleria, $1000 to spend in Centre, a stylist consultation, meals and drinks, a manicure and pedicure, flowers for Mum and someone to carry your bags!

Terms and Conditions
1. The ‘Mum’s Ultimate Day Out!’ promotion (Promotion) commences at 9:00am Australian
Western Standard Time (AWST) on Saturday 28 April and concludes at 4:00pm AWST on
Friday 11 May (Promotion Period).
2. The Promotion is promoted by Vicinity Centres PM Pty Ltd ACN 101 504 045 (Promoter) of
Galleria Shopping Centre, located at 4 Collier Road, Morley WA 6062 (Galleria).
3. All entrants (Entrants) will be subject to, and will need to adhere to, the terms and
conditions as set out by the Promoter and any future terms and conditions or alterations to
these terms and conditions.
Prize
4. The Promotion prize pool has a total value of $3,472 and consists of one (1) ‘Ultimate Day
Out! Winner’s Event Package (Package) at Galleria, inclusive of the prizes listed in
Schedule 1 (each a Prize, and collectively the Prizes).
5. One (1) person will be deemed the winner (Winner) of the total prize pool, being the
Package.
6. The winner can select one (1) guest to share the Package with.
7. The Prizes are supplied by the suppliers listed in Schedule 1 (each a Supplier and
collectively the Suppliers).
How to Enter
8. To enter the Promotion Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
a. Spend $80 or more at any of the retailers at Galleria (Purchase);
b. Collect an entry form for the Promotion (Entry Form) from the store where the
Purchase was made;
c. Correctly and completely fill out the Entry Form with all required contact details; and
d. Place the Entry Form into the entry barrel located in the Food Court on level one
(Barrel).
9. Entrants are only entitled to one (1) Entry Form for each Purchase totaling over $80 spent in
Galleria. Multiple transactions are acceptable where the purchases add to a total value of
$80 and the Entrant submits the total value.
10. Entrants may enter the Promotion multiple times throughout the Promotion Period.
11. Entrants must not use a single receipt for more than one (1) entry.
12. Entrants must retain their receipts as proof of eligibility.
13. Entry Forms that are not in accordance with these terms and conditions are invalid.
The Draw
14. Entry Forms will be drawn from the Barrel at the Centre Management Office at 4.30pm
AWST on Friday 11 May 2018 (Draw).
2. The first valid Entry Form drawn will be declared the winner of the Promotion and will be
entitled to the Package, subject to confirmation by Centre Management Staff that the
Entrant is eligible to receive the Package (Winner).
15. Winners must report to the Customer Service Desk at Galleria to have their ID checked,
purchase verified and eligibility confirmed.
16. Once a Winner is confirmed as eligible by the Centre Management Staff, the Winner will be
provided with a confirmation letter and a date will be selected at a time suitable to both
parties for the Package to be redeemed.
General
17. The Winner does not need to be present at the Draw and will be notified by telephone, mail
or email. If the Promoter has not had return communication from a Winner (i.e. attempts to
contact the Winner have met with failure) within four (4) weeks of the Draw or Re-draw as
relevant, then that person shall be deemed no longer eligible for the Package and the
Promoter may undertake a re-draw at a time and place determined by the Promoter. In such
case, the first valid entry drawn in the re-draw will be entitled to the Prize. (“Replacement
Winner”). The Replacement Winner is then the Winner for the purposes of these terms and
conditions.
18. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected
Entry Forms. Entry Forms which contain incorrect contact details shall be deemed invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who the
Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in
unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct
of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation
from such a person are reserved.
19. By entering the Promotion, the Entrants hereby give Galleria the authority to publicly
announce their name at the time of the Draw and at any stage thereafter.
20. The Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind and may be
subject to additional terms and conditions of the Suppliers.
21. The warranty on the goods and services obtained as a result of this Promotion remains
the sole responsibility of the manufacturer/supplier of the Prize.
22. If the Winner is under 18 years of age, the Prize will be awarded to the Winner’s nominated
parent/guardian upon presentation of photo identification. The parent/guardian shall be
deemed the Winner for the purposes of these terms and conditions.
23. Any decision made by Centre Management, Galleria in respect of the Promotion is final and
binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. If the Prize is unavailable for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute
the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable statutory
requirements.
25. The Promotion is open to all residents of Western Australia except employees, contractors
or agents of Galleria, sponsors of the Promotion and their immediate families; employees of
Vicinity Limited or related bodies corporate and their immediate families; tenants in Galleria
and their immediate families; the staff of tenants in Galleria and their immediate families; the
contractors of tenants in Galleria and their immediate families; the proprietors and staff of
companies involved in the production, publishing and administration of the Promotion and
their immediate families. Immediate families means spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or
sibling (whether natural or by adoption) and grandparents. Tenant means lessees, licensees
and, in the case of a corporation, includes their directors.
26. Any personal information which you provide as part of this Promotion will be collected, held
and used by the Promoter in the manner set out in these Terms and Conditions, in the above
Privacy Notice and in our Privacy Policy which can be viewed at
http://www.vicinity.com.au/privacy-policy.
27. The Promoter (including its related entities) and its respective officers, employees,
contractors and agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is
suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential economic loss) or for personal
injury suffered or sustained, as a result of the Promotion or in connection with the Prize.
28. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the
Prize.
29. Proof of identity will be required to collect any Prize.
30. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
