Mother’s Day Win 1 of 20 Printed and Framed Photos (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions, Information on how to enter this Promotion, and Prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions of entry.
The promoter is Frames Now Pty Ltd ABN 90 006 295 969, of Unit 1, 577 Dorset Road, Bayswater North, VIC 3153 Australia (“Promoter”).
The Promotion will commence at 12.00pm AEDT on 7 May 2018 and conclude at 5.00pm AEDT on 11 May 2018.
Entry is only open to Australian residents over 18 years of age and must comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Eligible Entrants”).
To enter the Promotion and be eligible for the draw, Eligible Entrants must submit the entry form at
www.framesnow.com.au/mothers-day-competition by 5.00pm AEDT 11 May 2018. (“Eligible Entry”).
Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries, and entries submitted after 5.00pm AEDT 11 May 2015, will be deemed invalid.
Employees, management and contractors, including any immediate family, of the Promoter and companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
All completed entries will automatically enter the random draw at 1/577 Dorset Road, Bayswater North, VIC 3153 Australia on 11 May 2018 at 5:30pm AEDT to win one of twenty printed and framed photographs from Frames Now (“Prize”).
The winner will be notified via email by 14 May 2018 and will be required to provide the Promoter with an Australian postal address. The winner’s Prize will be delivered by the Promoter to the winner’s Australian address within 28 days after the close of the Promotion. Prizes will only be delivered to an address in Australia.
The winners’ names may be published online at
www.framesnow.com.au and referenced in social media posts by Frames Now including on any Facebook and Instagram pages of the Promoter.
Only 1 entry per eligible person is permitted.
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event that the Promoter is unable to supply a Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative Prize of similar monetary value.
All entry forms remain the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use any part of the details provided on the entry form for future marketing activities, follow up or any aspect associated with the Promotion and operating the business of the Promoter. If the Entrant would like to opt out of any future communication from the Promoter the Entrant must advise the Promoter on the entry form or by calling the Promoter on +61 3 8739 5600. Entrants can request access to or correction of their details by contacting the Promoter on +61 3 8739 5600.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or as a result of accepting or using any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter offers no advice and accepts no taxation liability arising from or in connection with the Prizes offered under the promotion. Any taxation liability arising from winning a Prize is the responsibility of the Prize winner or their employer.
Should a winner be unable to accept a Prize due to employment regulations or any other reason, they will be offered the opportunity to direct the Promoter to donate their Prize directly to a charity of their choice on the winner’s behalf. If a winner decides to relinquish their Prize, the Promoter will judge the next most creative Eligible Entry within two weeks of such winner notifying them of the decision to relinquish their Prize. The subsequent winner will be notified within two business days of the judging.
The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry into this Promotion will be deemed to be an acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions.
