Win a Tassie pack including Bream Creek Wine from the sunny East Coast »
A twin pack of award-winning wine and Tasmanian goodies

We know you love Tasmania and you love wine so this special group of goodies is all about the island state. Heading the billing is award-winning wine from Bream Creek where the vines enjoy a sensational coastal view and cool sea breezes.  Plus there are spectacular books showcasing the landscape and the gourmet foodscape.
This is all one prize valued at over $300 for one lucky VisitVineyards subscriber!  And it might just prompt some travel planning too! A recent visitor (and VV subscriber) told us he'd had a great time in Tassie getting to 23 of the vineyards but he's keen on coming back to visit the other 70!

Bream Creek overlooks a breathtaking seascape including Marion Bay and the majestic Maria Island on Tasmania's East Coast. It's considered one of the state's pioneering vineyards, being planted in the 1970s and further developed by industry leader, Fred Peacock, in the 1990s.

Fred's been hand-crafting premium, cool climate wines ever since from plantings of sauvignon blanc, riesling, chardonnay, pinot grigio and schönburger (a rare German grape) in the whites and pinot noir, cabernet sauvignon and merlot in the reds.

This delicious twin pack of wines includes these wines:

2014 Estate Pinot Noir which has won four gold medals, been awarded 96 points by James Halliday and had a few more acclamations to its name.  Plus the
2016 Riesling from the oldest commercial riesling block in Tasmania. It won the Trophy and Elite gold medal at the 2017 Canberra International Riesling Challenge, was awarded 95 points by Huon Hooke and there's a few more accolades to add to the list.

To showcase the environment and foodscape that make Tasmanian wines so flavoursome and desirable, we've topped up the Tassie pack with these books and DVDs:

The Tasmania Pantry Cookbook by Eloise Emmett is a collection of her recipes plus those from local chefs and producers, all starring the state's premium produce of course!  The mouthwatering food photos are perfectly complemented by the images of local landscapes. Read more about The Tasmania Pantry Cookbook »

Tetsuya's Pursuit of Excellence (DVD). This is the story of renowned chef Tetsuya and his long standing close relationship with the island state. It shows where the acclaimed produce comes from and includes his signature salmon dish. Read more Tetsuya's Tasmanian story »

Wild Discovery Guide to Filnders Island by Len Zell. This is a real travel gem for those heading across Bass Strait to the amazing place that is Flinders Island. Recent travellers returned extolling the interesting and relevant information in this pocket rocket guide. Read more in our review »
Plus two books from award winning photographer, Mike Calder. First the delightful Tasmanian Notebook with stunning photos dottted throughout to inspire plus some interesting facts to enlighten and of course, space for you to record your own Tasmanian journey.  This Island is a photobook featuring the amazing landscapes and sights found on the island - inspiration to travel or a memento of your island adventure.

And to round out your prize pack,  a VisitVineyards tchillbag to keep your wine cool when you travel!
