How to Enter
To enter the Freebie cart spend and win redemption at participating Lake Macquarie Fair
Shopping Centre, customers simply:
1) Spend $100 at Big W and Woolworths, or $70 at specialty stores in Lake Macquarie
Fair in a single day on the campaign dates each Saturday 12th May, 19th May, 26th
May, 2nd June, 9th June, 16th June, 23rd June, 30th June.
2) Be one of the first 100 shoppers each day of the campaign period to present your
receipts adding up to $100 from the major stores, or $70 from specialty stores in Lake
Macquarie Fair to the pop up cart, located outside Woolworths
3) Receive one Woolworths gift card valued at $20.
Duration Of Competition
The competition will commence and end on the following dates at Lake Macquarie Fair:

Saturday 30 June 2018
Or whilst stocks last, whichever comes first. Strictly 100 prizes each day of the campaign
period, available over the campaign period.
Conditions of Entry
1) Customers may only redeem once per day within the promotional period.
2) Customers must be able to present valid receipts from major and speciality stores in
Lake Macquarie Fair during the promotional period.
3) Redemption is only open to Australian residents.
4) Redemption attempted after all 100 gift cards valued at $20 have been redeemed on
each day of the campaign period will be deemed not valid.
5) Employees and contractors of the Promoter, retailers and tenants of Charter Hall
managed Shopping Centres or the agencies associated with this promotion and
members of each of their immediate families are ineligible to enter. For the purposes
of this clause, immediate families mean parents, siblings, spouse (as defined in the
Family Law Act 1975 (Cth)), children, grandparents or persons otherwise residing in
the same household.
6) If the redeemer is under the age of 18 years, the redemption will be awarded to their
nominated parent or guardian.
7) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of redemptions and to disqualify
any entrant who has not presented a valid receipt, in the absolute discretion of the
Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to increase/decrease daily quantities of Lake
Macquarie Fair Prizes valued at $20 based on number of redemptions and stock
levels.

Customers Information and privacy
1) By entering the promotion, you give the Promoter consent to use your personal
information, in accordance with the Charter Hall Privacy Policy (available on the
Charter Hall website), for further purposes and promotions unless you say otherwise.
2) The Promoter agrees to keep confidential all personal details obtained by the
Promoter during the Promotional Period and agrees that such information will be
used for the purposes of promoting Charter Hall shopping centre properties only.
Liability
1) The Promoter and any companies associated with this promotion, accept no
responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not
limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or
sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any item gained via the
prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
2) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from
the prize winnings or the use thereof. It is the responsibility of each entrant to seek
independent advice on the possible implications this may have on their own financial
situation.
3) If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud,
technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which
corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of
this promotion, then it will be suspended subject to the approval of the gaming
authorities, where required.
4) The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the
redemption process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion
subject to the approval of the gaming authorities, where required.
5) If all or any part of any term or condition contained in these Terms and Conditions
shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such
term or provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of
Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
