How It Works
JOOJOOS #TRAININGWITHJOOJOOS COMPETITION
(AUSTRALIA ONLY)
OVERVIEW (NOT PART OF CONDITIONS)
Principal entry requirement: Entrants (who must be eligible persons 13 years of age or older) must purchase from any participating retail outlet anywhere in Australia one specially marked Joojoos 150g or 160g bag (each a "Promotion Product").
Competition Period: commences at 00:00 hrs on 1/3/18 and ends at 24:00 hrs on 31/5/18 (local time in place of prize claim).
Major Prizes will be drawn 4/6/18 at 11am Sydney local time & Minor Prizes will be drawn every Friday at 11am Sydney local time, commencing with Friday the 9/3/18 and concluding on Friday 25/5/18 or until no more prizes are left, via Joojoos Facebook page at 5 Epic Place, Villawood NSW 2161.

Maximum Total Prize Value:
The maximum total value of all prizes available to be won is A$1889 Prize distribution: Each Promotional Product will be packaged with specially marked label or promotional strip entitling the holder to an entry to our competition. The holder of such a promotional item may enter their details via the Joojoos Facebook page during the Competition Period. Major Prize: 10 names will be selected to receive a Sony ZX220BT Bluetooth Headset on the draw date 4/6/18. Minor Prize: 1 x Name will be selected each Friday within the promotional period to receive a Jamoji Bluetooth Speaker until prizes have been cleared.
CONDITIONS
PARTICIPATION
This competition is conducted by Confectionery Trading Co. Pty Ltd, ABN 67 002 397 266.
Entry to the Competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
Entry to the Competition is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who: (i) are in Australia and (ii) are 13 years of age, or older.
In this Competition, a "Promotional Product" is: (i) any Joojoos 150-160g bags, product packaged in a pack that refers to the Competition and which is purchased from any participating retail outlet anywhere in Australia.
There is a maximum of 100,000 Promotional Products available to be purchased.
COMPETITION PRIZES
Major Prize: 10 Entries will be selected at the end of the promotional period to win.
Minor Prize: 1 of the entries submitted each week for this Promotion will be selected as a winner.
Major prize: Each Winning entry entitles the holder to a free Sony ZX220BT Bluetooth Headset. Minor prize: Each Winning entry entitles the holder to a free Jamoji Bluetooth Speaker.
There is a maximum of 30 prizes available to be won (10x Sony Bluetooth Headphones & 20 x Jamoji Bluetooth Speaker).
The pool of prizes available to be won comprises a maximum of: 10 x Sony ZX220BT Bluetooth Headphones each valued at $129 & 20 x Jamoji Bluetooth Speakers each valued at $29.95;
The maximum total value of all prizes available to be won is A$1889.
Winners will be announced via Joojoos Facebook page and will be contacted in writing via direct email (as supplied by entrant)
Winners have 3 months from initial point of contact to claim their prize.
If their prize has not been claimed within the 3-month period, another entry will be selected and the corresponding entrant will be contacted in writing via email to receive the goods. All unclaimed prizes will be re-drawn 1/3/2018 at 11am Sydney local time via Joojoos Facebook page at 5 Epic Place, Villawood NSW 2161.
Entrants for Major Prize must also “Like” the Joojoos Facebook page and comment as per promotion for their entry to be accepted.
Entrants for Minor Prize must also “Like” the Joojoos Facebook page, comment and submit a photo as per promotion for their entry to be accepted.
GENERAL
Except as expressly stated, the values of prizes are Recommended Retail Prices (“RRP”) as at 17/10/2017. The RRPs may vary during the Competition Period.
If any Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter will, in its absolute discretion, substitute alternative goods or services of no lesser retail value and/or specification, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for the conduct of the Competition. The Promoter accepts no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by a winner or any other party if any Prize is unavailable for any reason.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Competition is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer bugs or viruses, tampering or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Competition, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for its conduct.
All of the Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and any of their personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant in connection with the Competition or prizes, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death. Nothing in these conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify an entrant’s rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010;
