1. Instructions, prizes and information on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry to this competition (“competition”). By entering the competition, entrants accept these conditions of entry and warrant they are an eligible entrant.
2. The Promoter is Hills Limited, (ACN 007 573 417), a company whose registered office is located at Unit 1, Building F, 3-29 Birnie Ave, Lidcombe NSW 2141 (“Hills” and the “Promoter”).
3. NSW Permit No. LTPM/17/01985.
4. Only open to eligible entrants. An entrant is an eligible entrant if the entrant is an individual who is an Australian resident aged 18 years or over as at time of entry, excluding any: (i) employee of Hills or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the competition (an “excluded employee”); (ii) spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of an excluded employee; (iii) a person who Hills has previously notified is not permitted to enter Hills competitions; and (iv) any person/company that is currently trading .
5. The competition period begins at 11:30am (AEDT) on Monday 16th July 2018 and concludes at 5:00pm (AEDT) Thursday 16th August 2018.
6. The competition will be hosted on the Hills Facebook page (the “Site”)
7. The competition is made up of one game of chance. Entrants will select a prize that they think the spinner will land on by posting a comment on the Site that names the selected prize as described on the Site. The spinner will be spun at the end of the competition period and those entrants that selected the prize the spinner lands on will go in the draw to win that item.
8. The winning prize entrant will be awarded with one of the following prizes determined by the spinner:
· Nintendo Switch Console Neon (RRP$449).
· Fitbit Versa Smart Fitness Watch (RRP$299)
· SanDisk Ultra 400GB microSD Card (RRP$449)
· GoPro Hero5 Black Waterproof 4K Camera (RRP$429)

9. The prize will be distributed via regular mail Australia-wide or available for collections at the Hills registered office.
10. The draw will be undertaken at Hills on Friday 18th August 5:00pm. A physical spinner will be spun to identify a winning prize.
11. The winning entrant will be notified via email by Friday 18th August 7:00pm. If the winning entrant does not reply by 9:00am Monday 20th August 2018, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be awarded by re-draw. The re-draw will be undertaken at Hills on [date]. The alternate winner will be notified via email by [date]. If the alternate winning entrant does not reply by [date] the prize will be forfeited and there will be no further re-draws.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for any reason whatsoever, with or without cause, including without limitation for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify an entrant’s eligibility, including verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information from any entrant or winner relevant to entry into or participation in the competition. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants if their details do not match the details of their social account.
14. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained relating to the prize or the competition except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in this promotion.
16. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
17. All entries will be the property of the Promoter. Any personal information collected will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion. and its general business purposes, which may include directly marketing to you. Personal information may be disclosed to contractors and agents assisting with this promotion or to communicate with entrants. Entrants are able to obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter.
18. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Hills. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the conduct of Hills or otherwise as a result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or which otherwise cannot be excluded by law.
