Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 13 years of age or over.
If under 18 years of age, express permission of parent/guardian is required before entering this Promotion. Parent/guardian may be required to accompany that entrant/companion when using the Prize or participating in the Promotion. Prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the entrant registering in the Promotion on behalf of that entrant, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany that winner for the duration of the Prize (if applicable).
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) prize each in the Promotion.
Online Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants must complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required on the website and answer in 25 words or less the question “Why should we pick YOU to see Shawn Mendes – The Tour Live?”
Each entry will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) by 5:00pm AEST Monday 1 July 2019 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion). Where entrants are required to participate in a challenge or on air game, the Promoter may specify the relevant judging criteria prior to or at the time of the challenge or on air game.
Prize
There are up to twenty (20) prizes to be won, each comprising of:
2 (two) x tickets to Shawn Mendes The Tour (Concert) in the capital city closest to the winner’s ordinary residential address, on either of the below dates dependent on the Concert tickets allocated to the winner by the Promoter (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion) valued at $250 (incl GST).
• PERTH: Wednesday 23 October 2019 at Perth Arena, WA; or
• ADELAIDE: Saturday 26 October 2019 at Adelaide Entertainment Centre, SA; or
• MELBOURNE: Tuesday 29 October 2019 at Rod Laver Arena, VIC; or
• SYDNEY: Saturday 2 November 2019 at Qudos Bank Arena, NSW; or
• BRISBANE: Wednesday 6 November 2019 at Brisbane Entertainment Centre, QLD.
The Prize will also include a Meet & Greet opportunity with Shawn Mendes for the winner and their companion (at the Promoters sole and absolute discretion).
Prize must be taken on certain dates
Entrants and their companion/s (where applicable) must be able to take the Prize on the date of the tickets allocated to them by the Promoter (in the Promoters sole and absolute discretion). Dates and schedules of the prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.

Winners will be notified by one or more of the following by 5:00pm AEST Monday 1 July 2019

Prizes must be claimed by 5:00pm local time on one of the following dates relevant to the entrants state of residence and the concert date on the tickets they were allocated by the Promoter.

The Prize will be available for collection by the winner from the Promoter's premises (as specified by the Promoter). The Promoter will contact the winner when the Prize is ready for collection.
