ELIGIBILITY. No purchase necessary. This Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to residents residing in the 50 United States, as well as eligible International residents, excluding the following countries in which Harney & Sons Fine Teas does not currently ship to (Belarus, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Japan, Lithuania, Moldova, Republic of Slovakia, Slovenia). Employees, directors, officers and principals of Harney & Sons Fine Teas ("ORGANIZATION"), its subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors, agents and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. Upon entering Sweepstakes, entrants will allow Harney & Sons to take their tea blend idea, create it, and sell it in Harney & Sons stores and online. . By submitting their email, entrants agree to allow Harney & Sons to contact them throughout the contest and after the contest via email promotions. Entrants also agree to waive any rights their state or country of residence may provide in regard to contests. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
HOW TO ENTER.
Round 1: Participants will enter by commenting on the official Facebook post (

Round 2: Participants will enter by voting for their favorite blend via the official Woobox landing page voting poll:

Round 1: The Sweepstakes starts on or around 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on Monday, June 18, 2018, and ends at 11:59 p.m on Friday, June 29, 2018 (the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m ET on Friday, June 29, 2018. Limit one entry per person. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means are prohibited and will be automatically disqualified.
Round 2: The Sweepstakes starts on or around 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on Monday, July 16, 2018, and ends at 11:59 p.m on Friday, July 27, 2018 (the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m ET on Friday, July 27, 2018. Limit one entry per person. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means are prohibited and will be automatically disqualified.
SELECTION OF WINNER.
Round 1: There will be a two week window (7/2-7/13 - not including weekends) for the tea testers to determine the top 5 blends that move onto Round 2. The 5 winners will be selected by 6/2 and contacted via email for further details. Decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
Round 2: The 3 voting winners will be randomly selected on July 31st. The grand prize winner who received the most votes on their blend will also be determined on July 31st. (The voting winner and the tea blend finalist cannot be the same!)
*For winners to receive their prize, we need them to "accept" their prize and be available for communication correspondence with a Harney representative throughout the duration of the contest. In order for the 5 blend finalists to accept their prize, they must send their email address and confirm their country of residence to prove they live within Harney shipping parameters.
Harney will contact the 5 finalist winners via Facebook message, continue communication via direct message, and "accept" their prize with their email address (for future correspondence if they are the grand prize winner and to send them their electronic gift card.) If there is no response in the end, we will choose extra voting winners to replace them. If the grand prize winner is the winner with no response, we will choose the one with the next highest votes.
PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING.
Round 1: Five (5) tea blend finalists will be selected. The Harney & Sons tea testers will determine the top 5 tea blends based on quality. These top 5 winners will receive a $200 gift card to Harney & Sons.
Round 2: Three (3) voting winners will be randomly selected to win. The three winners will receive a $100 gift card to Harney & Sons. Each winner is chosen at random and odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The grand prize winner, 1 of the 5 top blends, will be determined by the number of votes on their blend. The winner with the most votes will win a $100 gift card plus 10 tins of their winning blend.
GENERAL CONDITIONS. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the U.S. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Winners will be notified within 2 weeks after the conclusion of Round 1 (7/2-7/13). Winners (voters and grand prize winner) will be notified after Round 2 on 7/30. Failure to respond within 24 hours will mean the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. No cash alternative or substitution of any prizes will be offered. No prize transfer is permitted. Limit one prize per person. Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Harney & Sons Fine Teas are final and binding in all respects.
All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. By participating and accepting a prize, so long as there is no legal prohibition, winner agrees to allow Harney & Sons to contact them via email. In the event of a dispute, all entries will be deemed to be made by the holder of the email address associated with the entry.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY. All entrants release Harney & Sons Fine Teas, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of Harney & Sons Fine Teas and the Sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury, death, damages, or loss.
Harney & Sons Fine Teas is not responsible for entries that are corrupted or otherwise not received correctly or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email, or on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participant's or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the sweepstakes. Harney & Sons Fine Teas assumes no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Sweepstakes. Harney & Sons Fine Teas assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including lost, late or misdirected entries. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Harney & Sons Fine Teas which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Harney & Sons Fine Teas reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.
