Father’s Day Competition Terms and Conditions
The Father’s Day Promotion (“Prize Draw”) is open to people aged 18 and over.
Employees of Aviator Media Pty Ltd or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw are not eligible for the Prize Draw.
To enter the Prize Draw, you must purchase or renew a subscription of Australian Aviation Magazine during 1 August 2018 to midnight 31 August 2018 AEST. Entries received outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
Entrants into the Prize Draw will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
There are 2 prize packages up for grabs: 1st Prize and 2nd Prize.
The 1st Prize winner will receive: 1 x Samsung S9 (device only) + 2 x Avalon Airshow 2019 Gold Pass + 1 x digital subscription to Australian Aviation Magazine for the same duration as the full priced subscription purchased or renewed.
The 2nd Prize winner will receive: 2 x Avalon Airshow 2019 Gold Passes + 1 x digital subscription to Australian Aviation Magazine for the same duration as the full priced subscription purchased or renewed.
Aviator Media Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or expenses associated with any of the prizes and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, call/data charges and travel to and from Avalon Air Show).
The random prize draw will take place on 3 September 2018 at Suite 252, 117 Old Pittwater Road Brookvale NSW. Winners will be notified by phone or email within two business days of the draw. The winners’ first and last name will be published on the Australian Aviation Facebook page (@theaustralianaviation) during the first week of September 2018.
All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
Aviator Media Pty Ltd retains the right to substitute any of the prizes with another prize/s of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
