The Smooth Festival of Chocolate is back, serving up two days of decadent desserts and sweet treats. Bring a friend, or the family, there’s something for everyone with more to do than ever before.
Festival favourites including Blackstar Pastry, N2 Gelato and Knafeh Bakery return, along with newcomers The Chocolate Workshop, G6 Shakes and The Peanut Butter Bar, with over 100 mouth-watering stalls to choose from.
Watch Australia’s best pastry chefs create culinary magic in the Callebaut Test Kitchen including Reynold and Kirsten Tibballs, learn how to pair your favourite drop with decadent treats , or get a taste of the dessert trends sweeping Australia.

For every ticket sold to this year’s festival, two meals will be donated to Australia’s leading food rescue charity, OzHarvest.
The Smooth Festival of Chocolate is on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 September 2018 at Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park.
The Prize
Food Network has two family passes (each for two adults and three children aged 5-17 years old), valued at RRP $55 each, up for grabs!
Each family pass is valid for one day's entry - take your pick of Saturday 1 or Sunday 2 September 2018.
