Alvin Fernandez of ae’lkemi has been creating stunning couture gowns for two decades, having won student designer for evening wear at TPFF in the early days of his career and later becoming the only name to win three coveted Designer Of The Year awards in WA. This year, his presentation will follow a showcase of emerging creatives, allowing past and present to collide whilst highlighting Fernandez’s incredible trajectory. Expect high voltage glamour from ae’lkemi’s latest collection that speaks to the very DNA of the label, with inspiration taken from the Victorian era that has been updated with a contemporary twist. An iconic music legend became the muse for this stunning collection – but you’ll have to see the show in all its vibrancy to discover just who.

Total prize value is $300 .Prize is not redeemable for cash and is subject to ticket conditions and restrictions.
The winners of the competition will be selected by random choice 31 August 2018 at Community Newspaper Group, Perth.
