Answer the multiple choice question on “Where is Le Boat from?” The prize includes seven-days onboard Le Boat’s Calme-toi, a self-driving ship and RailEurope tickets to your vessel from Paris. The competition concludes on November 10, 2018 and is for four people on a European waterway. Valued at $5,500.
Entry is free and open to Australian + New Zealand Citizens aged 18 years and over. Employees of Le Boat of Crown Travel Limited, River Cruise Passenger, Cruise Passenger and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Entries must be submitted via the online entry form provided by Cruise Passenger. This promotion is being conducted by Le Boat, Crown Travel Limited (“the Promoter”) of 275 Alfred Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060 and runs from August 24, 2018 to November 10, 2018.
There is one prize, which will be awarded to one correct entry. The Promoter and River Cruise Passenger will evaluate eligible entrants’ entries. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This is a game of skill.
Prize consists seven-days on a Le Boat ship in France for four people. The prize includes RailEurope tickets to your vessel anywhere in France. However, entrants are responsible for their own airfares to Paris. Valued at AUD$5,500.
Company reserves the right to offer alternative dates and/or itineraries. Arrival and departure transfers, port charges and tipping for two are at winners’ expense. Valued at AUD$5,500. Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.
The prize does not include passports, airport lounges, Australian domestic transfers, international flights and additional accommodation made necessary by flight schedules.
Additional expenses like meals, fuel, shore excursions and insurance are at passengers’ expense. We recommend you take out travel insurance prior to travel, as it is not included. A valid passport is required for all international journeys.
It is the responsibility of the individual to advise of any medical conditions, allergies or dietary requirements in advance of the competition.
The Prize must be taken in full and as a package as per the specified departure date, which will be decided after a winner is announced. The Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. If the winner is unavailable to travel on the date stipulated by the Promoter, the winner will forfeit the prize, which they are unable to redeem. In the event that the winner is unable to redeem the prize on the date stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor another prize will be awarded in lieu of the forfeited prize. In the event that the entire prize is forfeited by the winner, the Promoter will award the prize to the next valid entry as determined by the judges appointed by the Promoter. Prizes must be taken on the date specified by the Promoter.

The winner/s must claim the prize by November 23, 2018 by replying to the notification email or confirming via phone. You must present your prize letter at the time of booking to redeem your prize. The value of this prize, itinerary and inclusions are correct at time of printing and subject to change at any time. Any change to the prize between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter(s).
Entries close at 5pm EDST November 10, 2018. One (1) entry will be selected at 9:00am on November 23, 2018, from all entries. The prize is non-negotiable, and may not be replaced or refunded.
