Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions of entry. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria.
This Promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner. The winning entrant will be drawn at random with each entrant having equal chance of being drawn.
Who can enter?
Entry into the Promotion is only open to Victorian residents who are, at the time of the Promotion, aged 18 years and older and residing in Victoria.
Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter, agencies and/or companies associated with the Promotionare ineligible for entry. If you are under 18 years old as at the start date of the Promotion, you are required to obtain your legal guardian’s permission to enter.
The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, require winners to provide proof of identity, proof of age and/or proof of residency (proof of eligibility) at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion and, in the event a winner cannot provide suitable proof of eligibility, the winner will forfeit the prize of the Promotion in whole and no substitute will be offered.
When to enter
The Promotion commences on 29/08/2018 and ends at 5:00pm (AEST) on 05/09/2018 (Promotional Period).
How to enter
To enter the Promotion, entrants must, during the Promotional Period, visit V/Line’s official website
www.vline.com.au to complete in full and submit the online entry form.
The time of entry will, in each case, be the time the online entry is received by the Promoter’s database, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
Entrants are permitted to submit one (1) entry into the Promotion only. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
Prize, Draw and Notification Of Winner/s
Each of the five prizes consists of:
Double pass to MoMA at NGV: 130 Years of Modern and Contemporary Art valued at $56;
Two adult return off peak, economy, V/Line tickets valued at $263.20
One MoMA at NGV: 130 Years of Modern and Contemporary Art book valued at $49.95.
[V/Line travel tickets are valid for use until 07/10/2018 and cannot be used on peak services (as determined by the Promoter). All other costs associated with prize/s, [including but not limited to any costs associated in getting to and from the relevant Victorian train station and/or V/Linecoach stop to start and complete their travel journey (to redeem the V/Line tickets)] is/are the responsibility of each winner as incurred.
Prizes will be randomly drawn on 06/09/2018 at 10:00am (AEST), at Level 9, 750 Collins St, Docklands VIC 3008. The first five valid entries will each win a prize.
Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing. The names of the relevant winner(s) will be published on V/Line’s official website

Prizes must be claimed by the winner(s) (but not collected) by 13/09/2018
Prizes will be sent by express post.
If a winning entry is deemed to not be compliant with these Terms and Conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and a new winner will be determined by drawing a further valid entry.
The Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The prize value is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. Refunds will not be made in respect of unused prizes.
In the event that a prize, or an element of a prize, is/are not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize(s) in its discretion to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification subject to any written directions from the various lottery Departments.
The prize winner(s) must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity surrounding the winning of any prize, free of charge, and by entering into this Promotion, the winner(s) consents to to participation in any promotional material of the Promoter.
Consent by the prize winner(s) includes use by the Promoter of the prize winner’s name, likeness, image, and/or voice in the event they are a winning entrant (incl. photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome) and promoting any services or products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
Disqualification and Discontinuation
The Promoter reserves the right to discontinue the Promotion at any time and at its sole discretion may cancel, terminate or modify the Promotion, including due to technical failures or unauthorised intervention.
Without limiting paragraph 24, the Promoter may disqualify in its sole discretion:
any entry which is non-complaint with these Terms and Conditions
any incomplete, automated or multiple entry
any entry which is objectionable, profane, defamatory or insulting
any entrant who tampers with the entry process or the Promotion generally
any entrant who engages in conduct to mislead, deceive, annoy, threaten or harass the Promoter or damages the reputation of the Promoter
Privacy
The Promoter collects entrant’s personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Promotion. Entry into the Promotion, unless otherwise agreed, allows the Promoter to use personal information in any media for the purpose of public announcements if they are the winning entrant, without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the Entrant, including sending the entrant electronic or personal messages. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and names of winning entrants may be published, as required, under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below. Exclusion of Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
The Promoter is not responsible for any issues or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software or traffic congestion on the internet or on any web page, or any combination thereof (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer, related to or resulting from, participation in, or downloading of, any materials in this Promotion.
The Promoter is not liable for any damage in transit to prizes nor for delay or failure of mail service to deliver the prize to the winning entrant’s nominated address.
The Promoter makes no representation or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any of the prizes.
The Promoter is not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or loss of profits), or for any expense, death or personal injury suffered or sustained, (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or as a result of taking or using any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
If this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, for example, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised internvention, fraud, technical failures or nay other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
