Conditions of Entry
a. Information about the prize and how to enter forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry by each entrant. Entry is via Internet only. b. Entry is free and open to residents of Australia aged 18 and over (“Eligible Entrant”), who enter the promotion in the required manner. c. Employees of DAH Holdings Pty Ltd (Auto Europe) and their immediate families are not permitted to enter. d. This competition is open to residents of Australia living in Australia Capital Territory, Queensland, New South Wales, Tasmania, Western Australia, Northern Territory, Victoria and South Australia.
Duration of the Promotion
a. Entry into the competition opens at 9.00am (AEST) Monday, 03 September 2018 and closes 11.59pm (AEST) Sunday, 30 September 2018.
How to Enter:
Eligible entrants can enter the promotion in the following ways during the Promotional Period:
a. Persons who partake in the quiz
https://driveawayholidays.typeform.com/to/ri6BkE (which is promoted through different digital marketing channels i.e. newsletters/eDMs, social media, B2B and B2C channels) are required to leave their contact information which is their entry into the draw.
Point 4a will result in a maximum of one (1) “primary entry”.
Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of conclusion of the quiz ‘Motorhome Madness 2018’ and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, illegible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the promotional period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
Any costs associated with accessing the Promotional Websites remain the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on the Internet Service Provider used.
Any details entered incorrectly i.e. name, email address etc. shall be deemed invalid and will result in an ineligible entry.
By entering the competition the winners consent to the use of their name, state of residence and image for promotional and marketing purposes.
The Promoter is not responsible for any additional fees or charges incurred when using or redeeming a prize.
Details of Prizes
a. There will be a total of five (5) prize winners. The total prize pool is valued at AU$1,000. b. The prizes are made up of five (5) AU$200 VISA gift cards.
Prize Draw
All entries received will be reviewed by a DriveAway representative and five (5) winners will be selected at random after the quiz questions have been answered correctly.
The prize draw will take place at Level 2, 157 Walker Street, North Sydney 2060.
Notification of Winner
The prize winner will be notified by email and winner’s (5) names will be announced through DriveAway’s distribution lists and social media channels.
The Promoter will assist the Prize Winner as much as is practicable to ensure the prize is taken according to these terms and conditions.
Contact
a. Once the prize has been accepted by the winners, the prize will be forwarded onto the winner by post. If address is not on file, DriveAway reserve the right to ask for this information for the prize distribution. b. If the Promoter has not received the Prize Winner’s postal details within fourteen (14) days after the email notification, the Promoter will redraw the prize. There will be a total of 2 redraws only.
No Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
a. inaccurate/incorrect transcription of entry information; b. purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions; c. any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software; d. the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; e. unauthorized human intervention in any part of the competition; f. electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition; g. any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or h. Any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.

The Promoter is DriveAway Holidays trading as DAH Holdings Pty Ltd located at Level 2, 157 Walker Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. The personal information of entrants will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer and promote this competition. The personal information of the entrants will be held and used in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy which is available at

In the event that entrants decide to opt out of receiving information on promotions, services and market research provided by DriveAway Holidays they can email marketing or contact our head office on 1300 363 500. If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win the prize.
