Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Promotion commences at 5:00pm AEDST on Friday 12th October 2018 and ends at 5:00pm AEDST on Wednesday 31st October 2018 (“Promotional Period”).
To enter, individuals must enter their details online on the competition entry form (Name & email)
Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
Indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The judges may select additional reserve entries, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant or the prize remains unclaimed as at 7th November 2018 (in which case the prize will be awarded to the first valid reserve entry.
The winners will be notified via email.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
There is one major prize
If within 7 days of judging, the Promoter is unable to make contact with a winner to claim the prize, the winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety. The Promoter is not liable for a winner who cannot be contacted.
Total individual prize package is to be picked up from the Promotor address Building 3 West 605 Zillmere Rd Aspley and or the winner may pay for the delivery of the item to their location
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
