TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The competition is a game of chance and is authorised under the permits.
The material used to market and promote the competition forms part of the competition terms. If there is an inconsistency between the material used to market and promote the competition and the competition terms, the competition terms prevail.
The Promoter is Liquorland (Australia) Pty Ltd, ABN 82 007 512 414, 800 Toorak Road, Hawthorn East VIC 3123.
Eligibility to enter
During the promotional period, anyone may enter the competition, provided that they are:
over 18 years of age;
a resident of Australia;
a current flybuys member or a new flybuys member who joins during the Promotional Period;
not an employee or immediate family member of the Promoter, Coles, flybuys or an agent of the promoter who is directly associated and connected with the organisation of this competition.
Entering
By entering the competition, entrants accept the competition terms.
To receive an automatic entry/entries in the prize draw flybuys members must:
(a) Make a purchase at any Liquorland store (includes online transactions) between 12:01am (AEDT) on 02/01/2019 and 11:59pm (AEDT) on 30/01/2019 (Promotional Period) and scan or enter their flybuys card at time of transaction to receive 1 entry into the prize draw. Gift card and smoking/tobacco product purchases are excluded and do not qualify for entry.
(b) Receive 5 bonus entries for every participating product purchased in your transaction[LB1] (participating products marked in-store) e.g. purchase 4 participating products in your transaction and receive 20 bonus entries into the draw. For full list of participating products, entrants can visit

Retail limits apply per transaction to all products purchased. Purchases in excess of the following retail limits per transaction do not qualify for entry: 60 units per wine; 10 cartons per beer, cider and pre-mixed drinks; 12 units per spirit.
You may enter as many times as you like during the Promotional Period providing you scan or enter your flybuys card for each transaction, however a limit applies of 1 qualifying transaction per flybuys membership per day.
If, subsequent to a qualifying entry, you do not wish to participate in the competition you must advise the promoter by calling the flybuys service centre (13 11 16).
The promoter may disqualify any entrant who:
enters the competition without being eligible;
tampers with the entry process;
submits an entry that is not in accordance with the competition terms; or
in entering the competition, engages in conduct which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the competition or the promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to add or remove participating products throughout the duration of the competition.
Failure by the promoter to exercise its rights under paragraph 9 or paragraph 10 does not constitute a waiver of the promoter’s rights under paragraph 9 or paragraph 10. If the entrant’s contact details change, the entrant must notify the promoter.
Drawing winners
The promoter will draw the winners from the pool of valid entries at 10:00am (AEDT) on 07/02/2019 at Focal Promotions, Suite 1, 20 Wangara Rd, Sandringham VIC 3191.
Subject to the promoter’s rights under paragraph 9 or paragraph 10, the first 5 valid entries drawn by the promoter will each win a First Prize and the next 20 valid entries drawn by the promoter will each win a Second Prize.
The promoter will notify the Winners by phone by 14/02/2019. If a winner cannot be reached, a voice message will be left. Winners’ first names and initial and last 3 digits of their flybuys number will be posted at
www.liquorland.com.au/shop-scan-win by 14/02/2019.
The awarding of prizes is restricted to one prize per flybuys account except for SA.
Awarding prizes
Each prize will be automatically allocated to the flybuys account associated with the winner’s entry by 29/03/2019.
The promoter may request that the winners provide proof of identity, proof of age or proof of residency to the promoter’s reasonable satisfaction before awarding the prize.
If upon request a winner does not provide proof of identity, proof of age or proof of residency to the promoter’s reasonable satisfaction by 07/05/2019, then the relevant Winner may be deemed to have forfeited their entitlement to their prize. In those circumstances the promoter may redraw the prize in accordance with paragraph 21.
In consideration of the promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner:
(a) consents to the promoter, without royalty or any fees, using his or her name, likeness, image, voice and entry in any marketing and promotion of the competition, the promoter or the promoter’s business;
(b) agrees to use the prize in accordance with the supplier’s specified conditions and requirements; and
(c) agrees that the prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
If the prize is unavailable, the promoter may substitute the prize with a substitute prize, provided that the substitute prize is of the same or similar value or specification as the prize and subject to legislative approval.
Further Draw
If for any reason, there are prizes that have not been awarded by 07/05/2019; the promoter may conduct a further draw from the pool of valid entries at 10:00am (AEST) on 09/05/2019 at Focal Promotions, Suite 1, 20 Wangara Rd, Sandringham VIC 3191.
The first drawn valid entry the promoter draws is the winner, subject to the promoter’s rights under paragraph 9 or paragraph 10.
The promoter will notify all further draw winners by phone by 16/05/2019. If the further draw winner cannot be reached, a voice message will be left. Winners’ first name and initial and last 3 digits of their flybuys card number will be posted at
www.liquorland.com.au/shop-scan-win by 16/05/2019.
Force majeure
If there is a force majeure event which prevents or materially and adversely affects the promoter’s ability to market, promote and run the competition in accordance with the competition terms, the promoter may cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or postpone the competition, subject to State Licensing Authorities approval.
Liability
The promoter is not liable for any loss, expense, damage or liability suffered or incurred by entrants and winners in connection with the competition, including:
any late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected entries or prize acceptance, including delays due to technical disruptions or network congestion;
any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the competition;
any technical error, including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission or communications line, telephone, mobile or satellite network failure; and
any theft, destruction, unauthorised access to or alteration of entries; and
any use of the prize or any tax liability incurred by the winner as a result of accepting the prize.
Nothing under paragraph 25 is intended to limit entrants or winners’ rights under the Australian Consumer Law 2010.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform and no social media platform is liable for any loss, expense, damage or liability suffered or incurred by entrants and winners in connection with the competition, including anything detailed in Section 25.
Personal Information
The promoter collects personal information about entrants in order to run the competition, award prizes and comply with the permits. The promoter uses and manages entrants personal information in accordance with its privacy policy
