TERMS AND CONDITIONS:To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotional Period, visit
www.todayshow.com.au, locate the promotional entry form, complete all requested details including full name, postcode, a valid and current email address and a contact number, and an answer to the question in 25 words or less “why do you deserve to win the new Kia Sorrento?” and submit the fully completed entry form.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Only one (1) entry permitted per person.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The judging will take place at 24 Artarmon Road, Willoughby NSW 2068 on 25/01/2019 at 12:30pm AEDT. The judges may select additional reserve entries that they determine to be the next best, and record them in order of merit, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant. The winner will be notified by telephone and email.
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on the literary and creative meritThe Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The one (1) most creative entry as deemed by the Promoter will win a Kia Sorrento GT Line with automatic transmission. Total prize value is up to $60,000 which includes on-road costs: 12 months’ registration, compulsory third-party insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery charges (which may vary State by State). The total prize value is correct as at [insert date]. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, accommodate the winner’s colour preference (excluding metallic options), subject to availability. Additional insurance, options, petrol and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
The winner must collect the prize from their nearest authorised Kia dealershipThe winner will be responsible for any expenses incurred in getting to and from their nearest authorised Kia dealership as determined by the Sponsor to collect the vehicle within two (2) months of being notified by the Promoter. In Western Australia (WA), winner will be responsible for arranging and paying for an immobiliser to be fitted, as required by WA Road Traffic regulations.
