After the conclusion of The Competition, one (1) winner will be selected randomly and will be notified via the thrice weekly newsletter. The potential winner must accept the prize within 5 days (120 hours) from the date the email was sent out. If not, another winner will be drawn. 4. The winner will need to respond to the confirmation email accepting their prize with their bank account details. Terms and Conditions 5. The Competition starts [07:00 20th February 2019] AEDT and closes [23.59 25th March 2019] AEDT. 9. This is an Australian wide competition only. 10. Individuals can only enter The Competition once using one email address. 11. The submission must be made by an individual. Submissions made using automation, robotically or using scripts will be disqualified. Any attempt to submit entries using different email addresses will result in disqualification. 12. Should Smashed Avo believed a submission was made in bad faith, or in an attempt to undermine the fairness of The Competition, Smashed Avo has sole discretion to suspend The Competition and randomly select a winner from non-suspect, eligible entries. 13. There will only be one winner. The Prize 14. There is a year’s supply of smashed avocado to be won from The Competition. 15. The total value of this supply is worth $240 based on an average Australian consumption of avocado per year (3.5kg – Avocado Australia Limited) and an average avocado weight of 200g. 16. At the start of each month, the winner will receive a bank transfer of $20 per month to be put towards buying a smashed avocado meal at their local café. 17. The winner will receive 12 transfers. 18. This prize cannot be exchanged for any other prizes. 19. The prize cannot be transferred to any individuals.
