RMB Lawyers

Today’s competition is a family matter — though they might not know the answer ether!

To be entered to win a $50 Coles/Myers voucher, LIKE this post and COMMENT the answer to this trivia question: When did the Family Law Act introduce no-fault divorce in Australia?

The competition closes Monday, 24 June at 12 pm AEST. Check back then to see if you won!

Australia established no-fault divorce in 1975, with the only ground for divorce being irretrievable breakdown of marriage, evidenced by a twelve-month separation. Canada effectively permitted no-fault divorce in 1986 by reducing the separation period to one year.
Go for it, give it a tweet!
