Official rules for the competition:
Information regarding prizes and how to enter form part of these terms and conditions. By entering, entrants accept these terms and conditions.
Competition is run by Miele Australia Pty. Ltd. (Miele). ACN 005 635 398 ABN 96 005 635 398 of 1 Gilbert Park Drive Knoxfield VIC 3180.
Prizes will be distributed no later than 12 June 2020.

Entry and eligibility:
Competition entry is open to all Australian citizens or permanent residents over the age of 18 who run a commercial business or not for profit organization with an active and valid ABN. All entrants agree to use the Prize machines strictly for commercial application (not domestic nor any other).
Entrants acknowledge and agree that they have reviewed the technical details for the Prize machines for suitability and understand the 25A power supply, ventilation installation requirements etc.
Winners must accept delivery of their Prize no later than 12 June 2020. Miele accepts no liability nor assumes any risk to the Prizes once delivered.
Competition entry period commences 1 April 2020 at 9am AEST and closes Sunday 3 May 2020 at 5pm AEST. Winners will be announced and notified by email on 15 May 2020 and Prizes will be distributed no later than 12 June 2020.
How to enter
To enter, entrants must comply within the competition entry period
a. Visit the competition entry page
and complete the required contact information and business details; and
b. Tell us in 25 words or less how Miele Professional’s Little Giants laundry machines will help your business or community.
General
Participants can only enter the competition once and cannot win more than one Prize.
An entry cannot be modified after it has been submitted.
Miele reserves the right at any time to request verification details including the age, identity, address or any other information relevant to the competition of any entrant.
Miele reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who has breached any of these terms and conditions or has engaged in unlawful or improper conduct.
Miele accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected communications or the inability to enter because of service interruptions irrespective of reason.
Each Prize is not transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
If a Prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the Miele’s control, Miele reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater monetary value.
The winners shall be chosen by a Miele representative(s) who shall have the sole discretion in determining the winners. Any decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The entrant acknowledges and agrees that Miele collects the entrants’ personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition which may include any media for future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes. The entrant accepts and agrees that Miele may send marketing material for products and/or services in future.
Miele shall hold all entrants’ personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy at:

All participants hereby grant Miele permission (on a royalty free basis) to publish and/or display their entry or details by any means including all print and electronic mediums.
Miele reserves all rights including without limitation the right to alter these rules at any time with or without prior notice where there are circumstances outside Miele’s control.
