ELIGIBILITY
Entry is open to anyone who shares a photo of their Ingenia Holidays getaway on social media using the hashtag #ingeniaholidays, and has the image set to public so it can be viewed and shared by Ingenia Holidays and Ingenia Communities Group (CAN 46 154 464 990).
To be eligible to win the competition, entrants must have publically shared an image during the promotional period.
Employees, family members of employees, and employees of any company associated with the competition are ineligible to enter.
ENTRY
The Competition commences at 09:00 on 01 July 2018 and entries close at 17:00 on 30 June 2020.
To enter, eligible entrants must share a photo of their Ingenia Holidays getaway on social media using the hashtag #ingeniaholidays, and have the image set to public so it can be viewed and shared by Ingenia Holidays.
To be eligible to enter you must be an Australian Citizen residing in Australia and over the age of 18 years.
SUBMISSION CONDITIONS
Entrants confirm that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Further, entrants agree that ownership of any intellectual property rights in their entry, is assigned to the Promoter without the payment of any further fee or compensation. Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter may use their entry, during the Promotional Period and afterwards, in any manner the Promoter sees fit including to encourage others to enter the competition on social media. Entrants acknowledge that any use of their entry by the Promoter during the Promotional Period does not constitute endorsement of their entry or guarantee that their entry will be shortlisted or win a prize.
The Promoter will confirm acceptance of these terms and conditions with the Entrant via social media if the entry is selected for use.
PRIZES AND WINNING
A random prize draw will take place once a month, on the first business day of the month, at 12:00 during the promotional period at Suite 1, 257 Gympie Road, Kedron QLD 4031.
There will be one winner each month, with each winner receiving a $250 VISA card. The prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier.
PRIZE CONDITIONS
Winners will be notified by social media within two (2) business days of the draw. The winners may have their details published on ingeniaholidays.com.au or on social media. If any prize remains unclaimed, a prize draw will be conducted five (5) business days after the original winner is notified. If a winner is drawn they will be contacted by social media within two (2) business days.
