Our new trailer smoker being built by Boss BBQ Smokers will be ready by mid July and the BBQ Roadshow will then be hitting the road slinging Q as well as catering for events at a location near you.
So far the best name we have come up with is,'THE BIG BOSS' and wanted to check if there are any better suggestions out there. So we are running a competition, to name our smoker in the comments below, to win a BBQ feasting platter for 4 people worth $200 (including brisket, pulled pork burgers, lamb shoulder, beef ribs, pork ribs, smoked sausage, chicken wings & sides).
Also do PM us if you know of any suitable locations in your area with good visibility and plenty of nearby parking that might be suitable for us to trade and we will definitely shout you a meal if we land up trading there.
