Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry:
Entry is free and open to NSW residents over 18 years of age only. This promotion is run and administered by The Baxley Bondi and Macleay Group Pty Ltd. The promotion commences at 5:00pm on Tuesday 8th September 2020 (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time) and closes at 11.59pm on Monday 5th October 2020 (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time).
To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must be following @thebaxleybondi, @casikaswim, @charliemiddletonsyd, @bondiclay, @thecornerhousebondi on Instagram. Both must be following @thebaxleybondi on Instagram. In order to be declared the winner, the potential winner must have followed all instagram accounts, and engaged with the post as requested as terms of entry.
You are not required to purchase any products or services provided by The Baxley Bondi or its affiliates in order to enter this competition.
Employees and their parents, siblings and children, and persons domiciled with an employee of any of the Contest Sponsors, their respective agents, parent, affiliated or related companies, subsidiaries, divisions, prize sponsors, and promotional and advertising agencies and administrators, are ineligible to enter.
DRAW
The winner will be selected at random by The Baxley Bondi manager on Saturday 10th October 2020. The winners names will be published on the @thebaxleybondi Instagram on the competition post and via a story. Winners will also be contacted via Instagram through direct message. The odds of winning the Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
In the event that the prize notification email/message is returned as undeliverable/not acknowledged/able to be sent due to private profile, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries. The provisions and procedures referred to above relating to selection and notification of a potential winner, shall be applied, with the necessary amendments, until a qualified winner has been duly selected, but in any event, no later than 14th October 2020.
Acceptance of the prize assumes that the potential winner and his/her travelling companions has read and understood these official rules and regulations (“Rules”), accepts the Prize as offered and releases the Contest Sponsors from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the potential winner’s, participation in this Contest and receipt and use of the prize. Acceptance of the prize also takes into account content deliverables provided by you to The Baxley Bondi during your stay included within the prize pool including but not limited to social media posts, stories, post shares and images.
Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries containing and/or depicting illegal, sexually explicit or morally or racially offensive content will be ineligible to win. The Promoter’s decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. All entrants will be included in the draw.
