The competition commences Sunday 18th October 2020, 08:30 AM AEST and finishes at 08:00 PM AEST Sunday 07th November 2020 (‘Term’).
To enter, entrants must colour in the blank Monji from I Dig Monsters and share in the comments section of the I Dig Monsters AU Competition post. The post can be created in PopJam using the PopJam art tools. The entrant’s profile must be public for the entry to be eligible.
This is a game of skill and the winning posts will be determined by a jury selecting the most creative entry received. By 13th November, TotallyAwesome, at their sole discretion, will select 3 x Prize winners on the Promoter’s (Moose) behalf and will notify the winner(s) that they have won.
By 13th November, on behalf of the promoter, TotallyAwesome will announce that the competition’s prize winners have been selected on the “I Dig Monsters AU” PopJam channel.
Prize winners will be notified through PopJam from the “I Dig Monsters AU” PopJam Channel within 72 hours of the Prize Determination Date and ask their parent/guardian to send an email with their child’s PopJam username to
ask.aussie@popjam.com .
The winner(s) will receive their Prize within 6 weeks of the Promoter receiving the contact details of the winner(s)’ parent(s)/legal guardian(s) for delivery from PopJam/TotallyAwesome.
The Promoter of this competition is Moose Enterprise Pty Ltd (ABN 94 092 667 055), 29 Grange Road, Victoria, 3192, Australia (the ‘Promoter’).
The competition is open to residents of Australia who are under the age of 18 except employees of PopJam/TotallyAwesome or the Promoter and its affiliated companies, agencies or anyone professionally connected with the competition. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. All entrants under 16 years of age must have parental permission to enter. The winner(s) or his/her parent(s)/legal guardian(s) must have an Australian address in order to receive the Prize.
The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
The prizes for the winners of the competition are: (3) PRIZE PACK: 1 x Jumbo popsicle(#75542) and 2 x Single Pack Pack Popsicles(#75535): Value $76 rrp
By entering the competition; entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
By submitting an entry post for the competition, entrants and their parents/legal guardians on behalf of the entrant agree to grant the Promoter, free of charge, the right to use the entry post design in any manner and media, including without limitation, the right to publish, adapt, distribute, copy, display or translate, in perpetuity throughout the world. Entrants also grant the Promoter the right to license to others.
By entering the competition entrants are warranting that (a) the competition entry post is their own creation and they have the right/s to use any images contained within it (b) the Promoter has the right to publish and communicate the contents of the entry post in any media (including but not limited to online) at all times without restriction or limitation throughout the world and not only for the purposes of the competition; (c) entrants agree not to bring against Promoter any actions, suits, claims and demands (d) entrants unconditionally waive their right to seek or obtain an injunction to prevent or restrict the Promoter’s use of the entry post.
Entry posts must not contain violence, profanity, hate speech, any sexual references, obscenity or direct attacks on individuals or organizations. Any entries deemed offensive will be immediately disqualified.
Entries must not infringe on any third party rights.
Entries must not have been produced for compensation or posted previously on any web page or for any other commercial purpose.
The Promoter reserves the right to moderate all content.
Entrants waive all claims against the Promoter, its personnel and agents arising out of any oral or written publication or republication of any statement made in connection with the competition, entrants or entry posts.
Any entries received after each closing time and date will not be included in the Prize Draw.
Late, incomplete, illegible, false or deceptive entries, entries that are automatically generated by computer in totality, completed by third parties, in bulk and/or entries that do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions will be disqualified and will not be counted.
To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any injury, damages, expenses, or loss whatsoever (whether direct or consequential) to persons or property as a result of any person entering into the Prize Draws or accepting or using any Prize, including without limitation damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or device relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draws.
The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this competition in the event of exceptional circumstances outside its control which affect its ability to operate the competition.
The Prize(s) are subject to availability, non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
Anything not expressly mentioned in the description is excluded.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize or element thereof for one of equal or greater value.
The Prize(s) are not exchangeable.
The Promoter reserves the rights to verify the eligibility and identity of all winners and check parental consent was obtained (where applicable).
TotallyAwesome will provide the winner’s (and/or their parent’s) information to the Promoter as necessary for delivery of the Prize. PopJam/TotallyAwesome will process all entrants’ personal information in relation to their entry and/or profile for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and selecting a winner for the Promoter. This will be in accordance with PopJam/TotallyAwesome’s privacy policy found here

The rules of this competition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Federal and State laws of Australia and shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising therefrom.
