OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotional agencies, and their family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same household of such employees are ineligible. This Giveaway is open only to those who are legal residents of, and located within, Australia at the time of entry. All national and local laws and regulations apply. Void outside of Australia and where prohibited. The Sponsor may report, as required by applicable statute or regulation, the value of the prizes, and the identity of the winners, to appropriate taxing authorities.
AGREEMENT TO RULES
By participating, the participant (“You”) agree to be fully bound by these Official Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The “Choose Your Balsam Hill Décor” ("Giveaway") entry submission begins at 5:00 p.m. AEDT on October 21, 2020 and ends 11:59 p.m. AEDT on November 03, 2020 ("Giveaway Period") The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway. Entries received beyond the Giveaway Period will be void.
HOW TO ENTER
The Giveaway will use “Gleam” as its Official Giveaway App. Entrants can complete several steps to increase their chances of winning. During the Giveaway Period, entrants must complete and submit the entry form on the Giveaway tab found on the Balsam Hill Australia Facebook page (
http://www.facebook.com/balsamhillau). Using the Official Giveaway App, entrants must complete the following steps with corresponding points to claim their entries:
1. Answer the poll in at least one (1) of our three (3) décor questions = 3 entries each
2. Read our Tree Guide = 2 entries
3. Read our Tree Lights Guide = 2 entries
4. Visit the Balsam Hill Australia website = 2 entries
5. Sign up to Balsam Hill Australia’s Newsletter = 3 entries
6. Visit the official Balsam Hill Australia Facebook Page (

10. Share with family and friends = 2 entries for every successful referral (maximum of 20 referrals)
Entrants can submit a total of up to fifty-eight (58) entries during the Giveaway Period. Entries received from any email address, Facebook and Twitter account in excess of the stated limitation will be void.
You may only use one email address, Facebook and Twitter account to enter this Giveaway. Multiple participants are not allowed to use the same Facebook or Twitter account. Each participant in the Giveaway must be the rightful owner of the Facebook and Twitter account or have authorized use of the e-mail account connected to the Facebook and Twitter accounts. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the winner submitting an entry, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the email address, Facebook or Twitter account is opened. The email address, Facebook or Twitter account must be opened prior to the commencement of the Giveaway. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to the Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry(ies) will be deemed ineligible. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Giveaway. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability of any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alternation of entries.
No automated entry devices, bots and/or other programs and/or software are permitted for entry. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant whose entry(ies) appears to have been the result of mechanical reproduction or other violations of these Official Rules.
WINNER SELECTION/DRAWING
Two (2) winners will be selected on or about twenty-four (24) hours from the end of the Sweepstakes Period for each week via random drawings by an authorized representative of the Sponsor. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. All decisions are final in all matters relating to this giveaway. Except as specifically provided herein, the prizes are guaranteed to be awarded.
The Sponsor may report, as required by applicable statute or regulation, the value of the prizes and the identity of the winners to appropriate taxing authorities. Prizes will be awarded to a winner only if she or he fully complies with these Official Rules.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified via Facebook announcement and via private message or e-mail and will be required to complete and return a Certificate of Eligibility within seven (7) days of date of notification or alternate winners may be selected. If the winner fails to return the required document within the specified time period, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, has been disqualified, fails to respond or claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification is sent, or where the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected.
The Sponsor shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

PRIZES
To one (1) Weekly Winner, the Sponsor will award the following:

· Week 2: 10/28 - 11/03 One (1) Farmhouse Christmas Ornament Set (ARV AUD$319)
The total value of all prizes awarded will in no event exceed AUD$508. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Sponsor. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prizes (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. By accepting the prizes, the winners agree to the release or his or her name, likeness and/or entry for potential publicity purposes, where permitted by law.
RIGHTS GRANTED
Except where prohibited, You understand and agree that Your participation in the Giveaway constitutes Your consent to the Sponsor’s, and its agents’ right to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and worldwide, without limitation, Your entry, name, picture, likeness, image, statements about the Giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes, without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, You agree that the Sponsor and its affiliates, agents and promotion agencies, as well as Facebook, shall not be liable for any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Giveaway or resulting from the winner's participation in the Giveaway, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse, of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, privacy or defamation.
The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to You or any other person, or to Your or any other person's computer or telephone equipment relating to or resulting from entering, participating in or downloading materials or software in connection with this Giveaway or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage-due submissions or prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for printing or typographical errors in any Giveaway-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or those found to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Giveaway as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such case, the Sponsor may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if deemed appropriate by the Sponsor) the action taken by the Sponsor. In such case, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates any of the Official Rules of the Giveaway.
