- Each entry will be individually judged.;
- The competition will close at midnight on Tue 22 December 2020;
- The winner will be the person whose three words the judges determine to be the most inspirational.
- The prize is 2 nights bed and breakfast at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Hobart; two economy return airfares to Hobart from Sydney or Melbourne (or a maximum of $700 towards return airfares from anywhere else in Australia; airport transfers; and one day trip to Wineglass Bay (or an equivalent tour of your choice for up to $120 pp).
- The prize excludes travel insurance; souvenirs; pre/post accommodation, items of a personal nature, shop purchases; meals (except where included in the private day tour; transfers from winner’s home to airport; and anything not listed in ‘The prize’ (above).
- The maximum value of the prize is AU$1,640.00 RRP.
- All flights must be booked at least 120 days prior to departure;
- The prize must be taken before October 31st 2021 and all travel must be booked through DeluxeLife's travel partner, Encore Journeys.
- The prize shall not be taken during any school holidays, New Year, Christmas, bank holidays or any other period deemed a 'peak period' by the operators;
- The prize is strictly subject to availability and on the discretion of DeluxeLife and may be substituted for a prize of equal value.
- Employees of the promoters ("DeluxeLife"), its agencies or their immediate families will not be eligible to enter the competition.
- The judges' decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- All entries become and remain the property of the promoter.
- If the winning entrant does not respond by email within 48 hours, the prize will be deemed void and the judges will award it to another entrant.
- The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.
- The prize shall not be used in conjunction with any other offer;
- This competition is only open to residents of Australia.
