1. This competition is run by HomeStart Finance (ABN: 82 8291 698 85) located at Level 5 169 Pirie Street, Adelaide South Australia 5000 and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or any other social media platforms. All enquiries should therefore be directed to HomeStart Finance.
2. To enter the entrant must follow the link provided on Facebook, Instagram or via EDM (if applicable) complete the entry by submitting their details on the entry form.
3. By participating you agree that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions as provided.
4. You must be eighteen (18) years of age to enter this competition and to receive the prize.
5. Any costs associated with entering remain the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on the internet service provider used and under no circumstance will be the responsibility of HomeStart Finance. This includes costs of travel and parking.
6. This competition commences on Wednesday 16 December 2020 at 11:00 (11:59am) and ends on Sunday 3 January 2021 at 23:59 (11:59pm). After this date and time no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7. There are three (3) first prizes available;
i. 3 x 1st Prizes. Each prize includes; 1 x 36er experience for one child for one of the selected upcoming Adelaide 36ers home games (either 17th, 20th or 22nd of January 2021) at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre. 4 x Premium Courtside Tickets for the winning game (including Junior 36er Winner). 1 x HomeStart Finance Junior 36ers branded playing singlet. Acknowledgement on the AEC Cube pre game. The game-ball post game, presented by the MC.
Junior 36er Eligibility/Instructions:
a. Must be aged under 14 years;
b. The Junior Sixer to be at the AEC 30 minutes prior to the game start time;
c. The Junior Sixer will need to report to the 36ers staff member out the front of the Star Room;
d. Photos will be taken for Adelaide 36er and HomeStart use on social media and website;
e. Suits up in their very own 36ers singlet;
f. The Adelaide 36ers sponsoring party, supplying the Junior Sixer for the Day, is responsible for the selection of the participant;
g. A parent or guardian is permitted to remain with the Junior Sixer through the duration of the experience;
h. A parent or guardian must sign a waiver for their child to participate.
ii. 3 x 2nd Prize – Each prize includes four (4) x General Admission tickets to one of the selected upcoming Adelaide 36ers home games (either 17th, 20th or 22nd of January 2021). These are non-seated tickets. You will be allocated an area, and the seats will be filled in a first in bases. There must be a minimum of one adult to accompany any children.
8. HomeStart Finance will draw winners at random. The winners will be emailed after 9:00 (9am) Tuesday 5 January 2021. The winner has until 17:00 (5:00pm) Thursday 7 January 2021 to confirm their acceptance of the prize via return email.
9. If the winner has not confirmed by their intention to accept the prize by this time the prize will be forfeited and HomeStart will redraw a new winner from the original entry list.
10. Prizes will be emailed to the winners.
11. Winners will be published on the HomeStart Finance website.
12. These prizes are non-transferrable, non-redeemable for cash or to be on sold.
13. Disqualification of any entrants or entries will occur where we reasonably suspect any unlawful or improper conduct, or if there has otherwise been a breach of the competition terms and condition.
14. By accepting these terms and conditions you are agreeing to receive email material from HomeStart Finance in regard to other competitions, community events and HomeStart products.
15. HomeStart employees and their immediate families are not permitted to enter this competition.
