Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

The competition commences at 9:00am AEST on 1 February 2021 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 30 April 2021.
Entry is open to residents of Australia. Officers, employees and their immediate families, of the Promoter associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter.
To enter, each Eligible Entrant must during the Promotional Period:
(a) Purchase any MoliCare incontinence or skincare product in one transaction (Qualifying Transaction) from Independence Australia; and
(b) Visit independenceaustralia.com.au/visa, follow the prompts on the competition entry page, input the requested details and submit the fully completed entry form online.
Eligible Entrants must retain an Independence Australia Order Confirmation, Tax Invoice, or Delivery Docket as proof of purchase and produce this within 7 days of a request by the Promoter. Failure to do so may, in the sole discretion of the Promoter, result in the invalidation of the Entrant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to the prize.
Entries are limited to one per person and all fields must be completed, including contact information and a valid email address.
The prize will be drawn by the Promoter. A random winner will be drawn from the pool of entrants who have entered the Competition. The winner will be determined at 12:00pm AEST on 3 May 2021 in West Footscray, Victoria.
The Prize is one Visa Gift Card(s) to the value of $1,500. Total prize pool is $1,500.
The winner will be notified within 48 hours of the draw taking place via email and/or phone.
The winner must confirm acceptance of prize and their details within five (5) business days of receiving notification via email and/or phone in order to receive their prize.
If (for any reason whatsoever) a winner does not accept a prize or cannot be contacted by the Promoter, the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited by the winner. The Promoter will conduct a redraw until the prize is won from the pool of Eligible Entrants during the competition period.
The Prize within 4 weeks of being drawn and validated will be delivered to the address nominated by the Eligible Entrant as provided to the Promoter at the time of claiming the Prize.
In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of any winner accepting and/or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
Personal information including an Eligible Entrant’s name, address, telephone number and email will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Competition. This may require disclosure to third parties, including local regulatory authorities and the Promoter’s agents or third-party service providers, for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, or for promotional and marketing purposes including for direct marketing. By entering this Competition, Eligible Entrants consent to the use of their personal information for the Purpose.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.
If for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, this Competition is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available to it, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, or amend these terms and conditions, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.
