dinner for two valued at $100 at The Rocks Pantry. Winner

• Second weekly draw at 10am on Wednesday 3 February for a
dinner for two valued at $100 at The Rocks Pantry. Winner

• Third Weekly draw at 10am on Wednesday 10 February for a
dinner for two valued at $100 at The Rocks Pantry. Winner

Total prize pool is $400 in dinners for two only redeemable at The
Rocks Pantry.
How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
Comment in the weekly Facebook competition post who they would like to take
to dinner at The Rocks Pantry. Competition posts will take place on Sunday 24
January, Sunday 31 January, Sunday 7 February and Sunday 14 February.
General Terms and Conditions
1. All prize winners will be drawn electronically by computerised random
selection.
2. The Prizes are not transferable, refundable, exchangeable or redeemable
for cash or kind and must be taken as offered and are subject to terms and
conditions.
3. Winners can choose to dine on Friday nights only from 29 January to 26 February
inclusive and must make a booking with The Rocks Pantry to reserve their table in the
restaurant. Photos ID must be shown at the restaurant to claim the prize.
4. The Promotion is open to all residents of NSW, except management and employees of
North Rocks Shopping Centre and their immediate families; staff of sponsors of the
Promotion; tenants in North Rocks Shopping Centre and their immediate families; the
staff of tenants in North Rocks Shopping Centre and their immediate families; and the
proprietors and staff of companies involved in the production, publishing and
administration of this Promotion. Immediate families mean parents, siblings, spouse and
children. Tenant means lessees, licensees and, in the case of a corporation, includes their
directors.
5. All winners must organise their own collection of prizes from The Rocks Pantry at North
Rocks Shopping Centre.
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time and in their sole discretion, to verify the
validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence)
and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these
terms and conditions, who tampers with the entry process, or engages in any unlawful or
other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the
Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from
such an offender are reserved. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any
stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
7. Entrants can only enter in their own name. The Promoter reserves the right to request
the Winner to produce appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the
Promoter’s satisfaction at their sole discretion) when collecting the prize, in order to
confirm a Winner’s identity, age, residential or email address, eligibility to enter and claim
a Prize and any information submitted by the Winner in entering the Promotion, before
issuing a Prize. If the documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the
Promoter (or their nominated agent) or the winning entry has not been verified or
validated to the Promoter’s satisfaction within the time requested, that Winner’s entry
will become invalid.
8. It is a condition of entry that persons be 18 years at the time of entering the competition.
9. The Winners acknowledge and agree that the Promoter may publish or cause to be
published the Winner’s names and locality in any media as required under the relevant
lottery legislation.
10. By entering the Promotion, each entrant consents to the disclosure of personal
information they have submitted in entering the Promotion or in connection with
claiming a Prize to North Rocks Shopping Centre. Any personal information disclosed to
can be added to and used for databases and future mail outs or emails of a promotional
nature only.
