We are offering a 5 Night Bareboat Charter on Whitsunday Escape’s fabulous Five Star Nautitech Open 40 “A Little Bit Nauti”. The unique Open 40 is the ideal catamaran for traveling with family and friends. This modern innovative boat has 4 double cabins, 2 single berths, 2 bathrooms and a shared living space which flows from the galley and saloon through to the cockpit. Perfect for families, four couples or mixed groups of 8-10 people.
For just $50 you get a 1 in 250 chance. That’s right we are capping this raffle at 250 tickets. The raffle will close on 30 April 2021 (or earlier if sold out) and drawn at 12 noon on 3 May 2021 (or earlier if sold out). The winner will be advised by either mobile or email.
The owner of our fabulous Nautitech Open 40 “A Little Bit Nauti”, Steven Ford, is raising funds to support the Australian and New Zealand Charity, Hands Across the Water. All monies raised go directly to Hands Across the Water to help at risk children in Thailand with education, food and a roof over their head - things that we probably take for granted. 100% of all donations goes to the kids and their communities. No donors’ money goes to administration in Australia, or staff costs, or marketing or fundraising. Hands has seven homes and cares for over 300 at risk children who have been orphaned, abandoned, sick or just need a hand to get some better opportunities. For more information see

Steven has previously undertaken bike rides for Hands in 2018, 2019 and 2020. He has now committed to doing another 500km ride in Australia in March 2021 and 500km in Thailand in 2021 or 2022 (subject to Covid restrictions). He must be a sucker for punishment!!

Open to residents of QLD and NSW over the age of 18 only. All tickets purchased will be in your name, can only be purchased online through

250 tickets are available for sale at AU$50 each
There is no limit to the number of tickets per entrant, subject to raffle ticket availability.
If requested by the Promoter, entrants must produce proof of purchase, proof of age and residency prior to being awarded the prize.
Employees and representatives of Hands Across the Water and Whitsunday Escape and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Tickets in the raffle will not be refunded after purchase. In the event of the intervention of any outside agent or event which changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, atomic war, invasion, or strikes, Whitsunday Escape may in its absolute discretion cancel or postpone the draw and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to legislation and the draw will be conducted on a date notified on the Hands Across the Water website.

The Prize will be delivered to the winners within one month after the winner has been decided. The winner releases Hands Across the Water Incorporated and its employees, from all liabilities, loss and damage of any kind arising at any time out of or in connection with the acceptance of, and participation in, The Prize. THE PRIZE
The prize is a travel voucher for a five night bareboat charter holiday on board Whitsunday Escape’s Nautitech Open 40 “A Little Bit Nauti” valued at over AU$6,950 subject to the Travel Voucher Terms and Conditions.
TRAVEL VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Travel voucher supplied by Whitsunday Escape Pty Ltd (WE), Suite 16 Coral Sea Marina, Shingley Drive, Airlie Beach QLD 4802. ABN 13098179152.
No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. Travel voucher is valid for travel concluding on or before 30 December 2022. The prize is non refundable and can not be used on any other vessel.
If fewer than 150 tickets are sold, the winner will receive a Whitsunday Escape travel voucher to the value of 50% of the raffle proceeds, to be put towards a charter on “A Little Bit Nauti”.
All travel is subject to availability and block out dates apply.
Block out dates: 1 September 2021– 31 October 2021, 25 December 2021 – 9 January 2022, 1 September 2022 – 31 October 2022 and 25 December 2022 – 8 January 2023.
Travel is subject to and conditional upon acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the Whitsunday Escape Charter Agreement.
The prize is for the supply of a five-night bareboat charter on board “A Little Bit Nauti” a Nautitech Open 40 sailing catamaran, valued at $6950. If “A Little Bit Nauti” is not available due to unforeseen circumstances at the time of the winner’s travel booking, Whitsunday Escape reserves the right to substitute a vessel of similar size and value.
Travel is subject to the winner or winner’s crew members meeting the minimum experience requirements set out by Whitsunday Escape for the provision of a bareboat charter. If the winner or winner’s crew can not meet the minimum requirements, they must book a Whitsunday Escape sail guide at a cost of $350 per day at the winner’s own expense.
Visas, valid passports, additional spending money, meals and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package descriptions above are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and his/her nominated traveling companions as incurred. It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the Whitsundays and the airport departure/return point. Prize winner and travel companions must have valid travel insurance for their period of travel. All ancillary costs such as but not limited to airfares or other transport to the departure point, food, drinks, taxes, security bond, fuel, marina fees, spending money, tours, are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.
