Upon claiming their prize, they will be contacted directly by a representative from Urban List to determine the necessary details and distribute the prize via email.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. The Promotion is open to Queensland residents aged 18 and over,

Employees (and their immediate family and/or those living in the same household) of the Promoter, and its respective affiliates (including Hotel X), subsidiaries, agencies and suppliers associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
HOW TO ENTER
5. The Promotion period commences at 12:00pm AEST on Monday 8 February 2021 and ends at 12am on Monday 1 March 2021 (“Promotional Period”).
6. To enter, individuals must complete the entry form as hosted on the Promoter’s website,
www.theurbanlist.com;DETERMINING AND NOTIFYING THE WINNERS
The draw will take place at the Brisbane office of the Promoter, 3/93 Commercial Road, Newstead, QLD Australia 4006 at 10:00am AEST on Monday 1 March 2021.
7. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual merit. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winners will be notified via the email provided in the competition entry form. Notification will take place on Monday 1 March 2021.The winner’s must acknowledge acceptance of and claim their Prize by replying to notification e-mail sent to that email address provided. Email reply must include all details requested by the Promoter. This must be received by the Promoter no later than 5.00pm AEST on Friday 5 March 2021.
9. If for any reason a winner does not acknowledge accept of (and through such acknowledgment claim their Prize) by 5.00pm AEST on Friday 5 March 2021 the Prize will be forfeited and another draw will be conducted to issue the prize.
10. The Promoter will have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winner’s settings and operation of their email account including spam, junk email or other security settings or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
