You might remember that we did a show from Coodlie Park Farm Retreat over on the West Coast of the Eyre Peninsula. An amazing spot, a unique range of different accommodation options and I love the bush campground with private access to a pretty special bit of the Great Australian Bight!!! Hassie and Jo who own Coodlie Park Farm Retreat also own a touring business (Xplore Eyre by Australian Wildlife Adventures) and that touring business has pretty much taken up all of their time – in fact Hassie said he spends about 90% of his time on it, so they are on the hunt for a couple/family looking for a business change to come in and build on the solid foundations. Everything is there and established and lots of room to add new accommodation options, another cabin, glamping platforms even powered sites for Caravans. It’s a great place and the good thing is that Hassie and Jo want to see the property grow so they will help out as much as is needed to ensure that the new owners settle in and become comfortable very quickly. How good is this, Hassie and Jo hope to stay I touch to help out, be a sounding board and help the business grow as they are not going far – just to Port Lincoln to focus on their touring business.
