French for ‘kiss kiss’, Bisou Bisou will welcome you to savour the flavours and frivolity of France from February 22. The latest addition to the Ghanem Group line-up (think Donna Chang, Boom Boom Room Izakaya, Byblos, and Blackbird Bar & Grill) will be serving a modern twist to the traditional and comforting flavours of a French style brasserie. From the classic seafood bouillabaisse with a saffron rouille, to the whole roasted free-range chicken and confit duck with a suckling pork cassoulet, delicious hors d’oeuvres, and oyster and caviar bar, Bisou Bisou is set to impress.
