Offer: Book any new Shred X or Med X service* before the 26th of March, and Shred-X/ Med-X
will donate a portion of sales proceeds to Foodbank Australia, (including to their School Breakfast
program). Additionally, every new service booking gives the purchaser an automatic entry into
the draw to win an Easter hamper for the office, valued at $130.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms and conditions apply as follows:
1. *Offer is valid for:
(i) all new temporary and new permanent Shred-X services and new contracts: e-Waste, products &
textiles, document destruction and archive box collections (non-contaminated and contaminated) and
(ii) Med-X clinical waste, hygiene & sanitary, washroom and sharps disposal services booked between 22
February 2021 and 26 March 2021.
2. Delivery of first container(s) or initial service must be completed by 26 March 2021. Where applicable,
collection of containers and/or subsequent servicing of sites can take place after this date.
3. Offer does not apply to existing containers, existing services or existing contracts or services already in
place at the customer’s site.
4. Not valid with any other offer.
5. Standard rental fees, service fees, delivery/collection fees and loading / labour fees are applicable.
6. Entry to the competition will be provided only to qualified bookings during the promotional period which
ends, 5pm AEST on 26 March 2021.
7. Shred-X and Med-X Pty Ltd having gained Authority to Fundraise from Foodbank will donate a portion of
sales proceeds from all services detailed in 1(i) and 1(ii) above, booked with the company from 7am
Monday 22 February 2021 to Friday 26 March 2021, 5pm AEST.
8. The competition is a game of chance and will be governed by the additional terms and conditions outlined
below:
GAME OF CHANCE PRIZE - TERMS & CONDITIONS
9. This is a game of chance where the winners will be selected at random using a randomized algorithm.
10. Employees of the promoter and agencies associated with this promotion (Shred-X and Med-X Pty Ltd) are
ineligible to enter the competition, as are their immediate families.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of service bookings.
12. Winners of the competition must be 18 years old and over and residents of Australia.
13. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition as necessary due to circumstances
outside its control.
14. The hamper/prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Prize cannot be exchanged for any
other prize.
15. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not
limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection
with the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by laws.
16. By entering the competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these
rules.

18. Any information you are asked to provide to Shred-X/ Med-X Pty Ltd is personal information and is
protected by the Privacy Act 1988. Shred-X/Med-X Pty Ltd will not disclose this information to other parties
other than in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
19. In the event, for any reason whatsoever a winner does not accept the prize at the time stipulated by ShredX/Med-X Pty Ltd then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the
prize.
20. Service entries will be drawn at Shred-X Pty Ltd Head Office on 29 March 2021 and the winner’s names, and
any photographs supplied by the winner to Shred-X and Med-X Pty Ltd, may be published via the
company’s social media channels within 15 days of the draw.
21. The winner will be notified in writing by email within two (2) working days following the draw.
22. If Shred-X/Med-X Pty Ltd is unable to contact the winner within 30 days of the draw and every effort has
been made to contact them with the information provided by the entrant, then Shred-X/Med-X Pty Ltd may
award the prize to another valid entrant.
