Terms & conditions

1. The promotion is a game of skill conducted by Review Australia (“Review”)

2. By entering the promotion, you agree to accept these terms and conditions, and warrant that you meet any entry requirements. You agree that Review may use your image, name and caption on the Review website (review-australia.com/au) and @review_australia Instagram and Facebook Page.

3. The promotion opens at 9am AEDT, Saturday 27th February 2021 and closes 12pm AEDT, Friday 5th February 2021.

4. Entry is open to Australian citizens, or permanent residents residing in Australia during the promotional period. Review reserves the right to verify the identity of entrants at any time and may disqualify any person who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

5. Entry into the competition is free.

6. To enter the competition, entrants must:

a. Upload an image wearing Review on Facebook, Instagram or via the Shop #ReviewGirl page (review-australia.com/au/shop-reviewgirl.html). Ensure your profile is set to public to enable your post to be found.

b. Hashtag #ReviewGirl #InternationalWomensDay

c. Tell us in the caption “What Represents A Powerful Woman To You?”

7. All entries become the property of Review Australia. No responsibility is taken for late, lost or misdirected entries.

8. 5 major prizes will be awarded. The major prize consists of a 1 on 1 styling session at the winner’s choice of Review Boutique and a $500 gift voucher to be redeemed in store.

9. The winners will be selected by 11:59PM AEDT Friday 5th of March 2021 at Review Australia, Building 8, 658 Church Street, Richmond, VIC 3121 and announced 1 by 1 each day from Monday 8th March 2021 to Friday 12th March 2021. The winners will be selected for the major prize. Review Australia’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Major prize winners will be notified by direct message or email to arrange a styling session time and date. The winners names and images will be published between Monday 8th March 2021 – Friday 12th March 2021 on the @review_australia Instagram Page, Stories and website (review-australia.com/au).

11. If the prize winner cannot be contacted and confirmed, within two (7) days of the draw to arrange a styling session time and date, then the secondary winner will be selected from the remaining entrants.

12. Review reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if it cannot be run due to any reason beyond Review’s control, or if Review determines that the integrity or administration of the promotion has been adversely affected due to circumstances beyond its control. Review may also disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

13. Review will not be liable for any loss, expense, damage or injury sustained by any entrant in connection with this promotion, a prize or redemption of a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case, that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
