Where will the competition run?
The competition will run in participating Australian Distributors and Australian Resellers of Castrol products (excluding online) (Stores) in Australia.

Entry instructions
You must, during the Competition Period:
make a Qualifying Purchase from a participating Store and collect your itemised purchase receipt; and
visit the Website, locate the entry page and fill out and submit the online entry form, including by uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt and providing all other requested information to spin the wheel and see if you have provisionally won an instant prize and to enter the major prize draw.
Your purchase receipt must clearly identify where the Qualifying Purchase was made, the product/s purchased (which must be/comprise a Qualifying Purchase) and the date of purchase (which must be during the Competition Period before you submitted your entry).
The Promoter is not responsible if your mobile device/desktop is not sufficiently capable for the purpose of submitting an entry, including having the requisite photograph capability.
How are instant win prize/s awarded?
There are 50 instant win prizes available which will be determined using a winning/losing algorithm that will be based on random and pre-determined times during the Competition Period selected by a computerised random system at Mobius Marketing, Level 1, 150 Pacific Highway, North Sydney NSW 2060 (Mobius).
You will get a return online message acknowledging your entry and informing you if you have provisionally won a prize and if so, details on how to verify your entry and claim your prize.
How many major winners will there be and how will they be chosen?
There will be 3 major winners determined in respect of this competition.
The major draw will be held at 11am (AEST) on 04/06/2021 at Mobius.
The first 3 valid entries drawn randomly from the entries received during the Competition Period (including instant prize winning entries) will win a major prize.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in a draw and record them in order, in case a winning entry/entrant is deemed invalid or a prize is unclaimed (Reserve Entrants).
What can I win?
There are 53 prizes available – 50 instant win prizes and 3 major prizes.
Instant win prizes
Each instant win prize is a $300 Super Retail gift card.
Each instant win prize will be delivered to the winner's nominated address within 28 days of verification.
Major prize
Each major prize is a $10,000 Flight Centre gift card.
There is a limit of one major prize per person (except for SA residents).
Total prize pool
The instant win prize pool is up to $15,000.
The major prize pool is $30,000.
The total prize pool is up to $45,000.
How many times can I enter?
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:
only one entry permitted per 2x 20L Qualifying Purchase products or 205L Qualifying Purchase product;
only four entries are permitted per Qualifying Purchase receipt;
only four entries are permitted per person per day; and
each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance these Terms and Conditions.
How and when will the winner/s be informed?
Instant winners will be told at the time of entering if they are a provisional winner, and if so, be given details on how to verify their entry and claim their prize.
Major winners will be notified:
by phone; and
in writing,
within two business days of determination.
Winners from each Monday to Sunday week of the Competition Period will have their name and state/territory of residence published on the Website on each of 10/03/2021, 17/03/2021, 24/03/2021, 31/03/2021, 07/04/2021, 14/04/2021, 21/04/2021, 28/04/2021, 05/05/2021, 12/05/2021, 19/05/2021, 26/05/2021, 02/06/2021 and 23/06/2021 for a period of 28 days.
Proof of purchase
You must keep the following as proof of purchase for all entries:
original itemised purchase receipt(s).
If you don't produce the above proof of purchase for all entries when asked the Promoter may disqualify all of your entries and you will lose any right to a prize.
Proof of purchase must be identical to that provided by you with your entry.
If, in the Promoter's opinion, you have shared any proof of purchase with another person, your entries will be invalid and you will lose any right to a prize.
Unclaimed and un-won prize/s
Prize claim date: 5pm (AEST) on 06/09/2021.
Unclaimed and un-won prize determination: 11am (AEST) on 07/09/2021 at Mobius.
If a prize is un-won during the Competition Period or has not been accepted or claimed by the prize claim date above or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter can't contact a winner (or a winner does not contact the Promoter) by the prize claim date above, the relevant entry/ies will be discarded and the Promoter will re-award the relevant prize/s to Reserve Entrant/s and/or carry out an unclaimed and un-won prize draw at the date, time and place stated above to randomly distribute the prize/s in descending order of value amongst valid entrants. Any winner/s will be informed:
by phone; and
in writing,
within two business days of determination. Any winner/s will also have their name and state/territory of residence published on the Website on 09/09/2021 for a period of 28 days.
If any prize remains un-won at the end of this promotion, or if a prize winner cannot be found, that information will be published on the Website on 08/10/2021.

By entering and providing personal information, you consent to the use of your personal information in this manner. If you have marked the "opt-in" box on the entry form relating to the Store where you made your Qualifying Purchase using your personal information for future marketing purposes, you consent to your personal information being kept on the Store's database and being contacted by electronic messaging. You should contact the relevant Store for its privacy policy.
