In line with the Community Gaming Act 2018 and the Community Gaming Regulation 2020 started on 1 July 2020, we outline the “rules” of this competition as follows. When you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree with them.
The competition commences at 9:00am local NSW time on Thursday 4 March 2021 and concludes at 5:00pm on
Thursday 25 March 2021 (“Promotional Period”). The winner will be announced on Friday 26 March 2021.
The competition is open to Australian residents only, over the age of 18, with the exception of Directors, Officers, Management
and Employees and the immediate family of Directors, Officers, Management and Employees of the promoter or of the agencies
or companies or participating stores associated with this promotion.

One winner will be selected at random to be the recipient of one of the following prize options:
> Option 1 (Family Prize) – 1 x overnight stay at Novotel Sydney Darling Square valued at $695, which includes one interconnecting
family room for up to four, complimentary parking for one car, complimentary a la carte breakfast for up to four and a Darling
Quarter gift card valued at $200. The total Family Prize pool is valued at $895.
> Option 2 (Singles/Couples Prize) – 1 x overnight stay at Novotel Sydney Darling Square valued at $540, which includes one room
for up to two, complimentary parking for one car, complimentary a la carte breakfast for up to two, bottle of sparkling on arrival
and a Darling Quarter gift card valued at $200. The total Singles / Couples Prize pool is valued at $740.
This prize is subject to availability and has a validity of eight months from the date of issue. Parking is for one car and is located at
Wilson’s Parking – Zollner Cct, Haymarket NSW 2000. Flexible cancellation, 24 hours prior to arrival. Not to be used with any other
offers. Not valid for groups.
By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in any such promotional activity and material as Darling Quarter
may require.
No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
