Taronga’s very own school holiday program Zoo Adventures is specially crafted for kids aged 5-10 years and combines fun and education in the most captivating of environments- the Zoo! Junior Keeper Program
A hands-on day of fun, Taronga’s Junior Keeper program gives kids at 8-11 years old a chance to go behind-the-scenes at the zoo, learn about conservation and get up close with some unique Australian fauna. Prices start at $110 per child, per day.
Cadet Keeper Program
Cadet Keepers offers young adults aged 12 – 17 years old a sneak peek at a career in conservation. The hands-on program guides teens through the daily routines and responsibilities of a Taronga Keeper with plenty of opportunities to meet the animals. Prices start at $110 per child, per day.

TARONGA’S ADRENALINE-FUELED WILD ROPES COURSES
For an aerial adventure, get ready to climb at Taronga’s adrenaline-fueled Wild Ropes courses. Taking you up into the trees along a series of suspension bridges, climbing walls and flying foxes, the course has amazing views out to Sydney Harbour and if you’re in luck you and you may even spot Mackenzie the platypus in the pool below!
With four courses available, the experiences is suitable for kids through to adults, with prices starting from $39 for adults, $34 for juniors and $22 for children.

SPEND THE NIGHT AT TARONGA ZOO WITH ROAR & SNORE
For the ultimate Zoo experience, why not book a stay at one of Taronga’s unforgettable overnight experiences. For families who plan to visit more than twice a year a Taronga Zoo Friends annual membership is a great way to see their animals again and again.
A membership provides 12-months of adventure for the whole family leaving plenty of time to make some magical memories, and as Taronga is a not-for-profit, a membership also helps support Taronga’s important conservation and education programs around the globe.
Taronga Zoo Friends Annual Passes are $99 online and may include two children 4-15 named in the application. Annual Passes may also be used at Adelaide, Melbourne and Perth Zoos and include other benefits.
