2) The promotion is open to anyone aged 18 and over in Australia & New Zealand. .
3) To be eligible to win the prize entrants must provide their first and last name, mobile number, a valid email address, home address, agree to the t&c’s and subscribe to the yd. Database.
4) The promotion commences on Monday 12th April 2021 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDT) on Sunday 23rd May 2021 (the Promotion Period) . There is one winner in total.
5) yd. will randomly pick the winner provided the above conditions have been met. The winner will be notified by email. yd. accepts no responsibility for late entries once the winners have been notified. The winner will be asked to contact yd. with their full contact details including email, postal address and phone number. The winners will be chosen on Monday 24th May 2021 at the location yd., Level 1, 409 George Street Waterloo NSW 2017.
6) Prize – The winner will receive $1000 worth of product from yd.com.au. The product shall be shipped from the yd. Warehouse provided the correct sizes are in stock. Prize cannot be exchanged or refunded online or in stores. The total prize value is RRP $1000AUD/NZD.
7) Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and not redrawn.
The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be varied. yd. cannot accept responsibility for lost or undelivered items due to incorrectly provided email or postal address details.
9) Employees of yd. and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this promotion.
10) yd. reserves the right to withdraw a prize and redraw an alternate winner should we suspect these terms and conditions are not being adhered to or if the winner is suspected of dishonest conduct.
11) yd. is not liable for any taxes that may arise as a result of winning the prize. Any costs associated with the promotion are the responsibility of the entrant.
12) No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing products will not help your chances of winning.
