How do I enter the competition?

1. Complete the form below by Wednesday 14 April, 2021 at 11.59PM AEDT.
2. Press submit and you’ve entered the competition.
The promoter is Gewürzhaus Herbs and Spice Merchants, 12 Duke Street, 3076, Abbotsford.
The promotion runs from 9am Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) Tuesday 6 April – 11.59pm Wednesday 16 April (AEDT). Entry is free and open to Australian residents only over 18 years. Winner will be contacted directly.
Conditions of entry:
No employee of Gewürzhaus Herb and Spice Merchants is eligible to be a winner.
By entering this competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.

One winner will receive:
One (1) copy of Slow Victories by Katrina Meynink.
One (1) x Gewürzhaus Goddess of Hunting, one (1) x Gewürzhaus Fish Spice, one (1) x Apple Pie Tea.

Prize Awarding:
There will be 1 winner. The winner will be selected at random by a Gewürzhaus Herbs and Spice Merchants employee on Thursday 15 April and published on the Gewürzhaus Herbs and Spice Merchants Instagram and Facebook page. Winner will also be contacted via email. It is your responsibility to notify us in writing if your contact details change.
Gewürzhaus Herbs and Spice Merchants redeem the right to change the prize if any or all of the prize is unavailable. The prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash or credit.
Decisions of the Promoter are final and will be binding on each person who enters the Competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners must respond to the promoter’s notification message and provide prize delivery details in order to claim their prize. Winners must respond within five days. Any unclaimed prize will be forfeited by the winner and will be awarded to another winner, by Gewürzhaus conducting a redraw.
If there is any event that prevents or hinders the Promoter’s conduct of the Competition or the Promoter’s ability to deliver the prize/s to the prize winner/s of the Competition, the Promoter may, in its discretion, cancel the Competition and recommence it at another time under the same or similar conditions or select another winner.
Exclusion of liability:
To the full extent permitted by the law, the Promoter will not be liable for any injury, damages, expenses, or loss whatsoever (whether director consequential) to persons or property as a result of any person entering into the Competition or accepting or using any prize.
