Terms and Conditions of Entry
Information on how to enter and the prize list forms part of these Conditions of Entry.
The promotion Fortune Fiesta will be known as the Major Promotion.
Entry into the Major Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Only financial members of Redlands Sporting Club are eligible to participate or win in this promotion.
Members of Redlands Sporting Club board of directors and employees of Redlands Sporting Club and related corporations including their advertising agencies are not eligible to participate or win in this promotion.
Entrants must be over eighteen (18) years of age.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
The Major Promotion operates from 10am on Monday 26th April 2021 until approximately 5:00pm on Sunday 30th May 2021.
Winners will be notified in person and must be present for the draws.
Members of Redlands who play the gaming machines with their membership card inserted will receive one (1) entry to enter the Major Promotion with every $20 of turnover.
Members of Redlands Sporting Club will receive one entry for every $2 they spend in the bar, restaurant & cafe.
Member can gain 1 entry into promotion daily by swiping through the kiosk.
Entries will automatically be generated by ‘Max E-draw’. A member can check the number of entries they have in the draw by swiping their card on the swipe kiosk or on a vector unit on a gaming machine. Members must validate their entry tickets on the draw days every 2 hours of the promotion by swiping their membership card on the kiosk or playing the gaming machines with their card inserted or making a purchase in the club.
Each month there will be 4 lead up draws followed by a major draw. Lead up draws for May is 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd with the major draw being on the 30th May
Draw times will be 2.30pm, 3pm, 3.30pm, 4pm, and 4.30pm.
There will be $700 to be won every Sunday, except for the final Sunday of each month where a total of $4400 will be given away.
In the lead up draws, after the 4.30pm draw all winner will be asked to come back up for their chance to win $500 cash voucher on major draw days winners play for $4000
Each winner will take it in turns in the order that they were called out in, they get to pick a Piñata and inside one there will be $500 cash Voucher the others will have a $50 cash voucher
On major draw days one egg will have $5000 cash voucher in it and the others will have $100 cash voucher
If a winner is unable to stay to 4.30pm they will receive the consolation prize of $50 or $100 on major draw days
The winner selected must be present at the prize draw location within 3 minutes to be determined a winner of the prize on offer. Verification of their membership card is required.
Each winner is responsible for paying any and all taxes on any prize won and must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize to the extent required by law.
Redlands Sporting Club is not liable for any loss, damage or injury by any person in connection with the Major Promotion.
The decisions of the management of Redlands Sporting Club are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
If a member is found to be abusing this promotion a decision will be made by management to refuse entries
If a member passes away their promotion entries cannot be transferred to another member.
Promotional materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or mis-directed entries.
By entering into the Major Promotion, winners agree to have their photo taken for promotional purposes.
