Promotion Overview:
This Creative Kin Australia promotion is intended for participation by Australian residents only. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. This competition is a sweepstake by nature and is governed by the laws of Queensland. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Facebook.
Promotion Description:
The competition will begin on Friday 14 May 2021 and will end on Monday 31 May 2021 at 11.59pm (QLD Eastern Standard Time). By entering this competition, the entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these official rules and the decisions of the promoter, Creative Kin Australia.
Creative Kin Australia reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition if conditions arise that compromise its integrity or intended play.
The Prize Pool:
One $300 gift voucher redeemable on the Creative Kin Australia website will be awarded to two winners (one voucher each).
The winners must formally accept their prize once drawn and confirm that they meet the entry terms and conditions.
The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. No prize substitutes will be offered.
Eligibility:
Only legal residents of Australia who are 18 years and over are eligible to enter. Staff, suppliers and associates of Creative Kin Australia and Lingo PR & Digital Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter.
How To Enter:
To enter, visit the Creative Kin Australia Facebook page or competition URL and complete the entry form.
Finalise your entry by liking the Creative Kin Facebook page and or Instagram account.
There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. This promotion uses the Easy Promos app to administer the competition. This app is able to detect fraudulent entries. This includes but is not limited to, entries using fake social media profiles and entries automatically generated using automated software and apps.
Entries made by any other individual or any entity and/or originating at any other website or email address, Including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for the competition. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.
Creative Kin Australia reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to reject, disqualify and/or remove any entry that violates these Official Rules without any notification or warning.

Winner Selection:
The winners will be drawn at random at 10am on Tuesday 1 June, 2021. Creative Kin Australia will notify the winner via email using the email address associated with the entrants Facebook profile. If the selected winner does not confirm their acceptance of the prize within two (2) business days after the date of the drawing or after two (2) attempts to contact the entrant, then Creative Kin Australia reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant selected from the remaining eligible entries. This process will continue until the prize is awarded and officially accepted.
Creative Kin Australia will take no responsibility and denies any legal liability for winner notifications that are not received for any reason.
