WHO CAN ENTER?
To be eligible to enter you must:
be over the age of 18; and
reside in Australia.
Employees of Supercars, their immediate families and any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER
The promotional period commences at 9:00am AEST on 18 June 2021 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 19 July 2021. Supercars reserves the right to extend the promotion end date at any time (subject to regulatory approval, if required).
To enter the competition, you must submit an online entry by providing your full name, mobile number, email address, mobile, postcode, answer the questions and accept these Terms and Conditions where required on the competition landing page at

The competition will be advertised on the Supercars website, Supercars Facebook page, Supercars Instagram, Supercars eDM and will include a link or instructions to the competition landing page.
No late entries will be accepted.
A limit of one entry to the promotion per person applies.
A limit of 10 (ten) bonus entries per person applies upon completing the bonus entries survey.

SELECTION OF WINNERS
One (1) major winner will be chosen by random draw which will take place from:
o 10:00 AM AEST on 22 July 2021 at Supercars Level 34, Suite 02 100 Miller
Street, North Sydney, NSW, 2060.
The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone on the day of the draw.
The results of the draw will be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results of the draw. This is a game of chance.

If the winner does not respond within 2 months of being notified by Supercars that they have won a prize, the winner is not readily identified and reasonable efforts have been made by Supercars to identify that winner were unsuccessful, they will automatically forfeit their prize and Supercars reserves the right to select another winner through a unclaimed prize draw.
If necessary, an unclaimed prize draw will be from 22 September 2021 at the same time and place as the first draw. The first valid entry or entries drawn will win any unclaimed prizes. The unclaimed prize draw winner or winners will be notified by email and/or telephone on the day of the draw.
The results of any unclaimed prize draw will be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results of the draw.

By entering the competition, the winners agree to participate in such promotional activity and material as Supercars may require without remuneration.
The winners also consent to the use and publication of their name and any other details provided by the winners in any marketing material without any further reference or payment to the winners.
PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive:
o Two (2) Trackside 4-Day Tickets with Paddock Access valued at $350.00 AUD;
o Two (2) Supercars Bathurst 1000 Grid Walk Money Cant Buy Experiences (Sunday) valued at $1,000.00 AUD;
o Two (2) Course Car Rides (on the day/date nominated by Supercars) valued at $1,000.00 AUD; and
o Two (2) Supercars Merchandise Packs valued at $200.00 AUD.
Total prize pool valued at $2,550.00 AUD as at the publishing date of these terms and
conditions.
The prize does not include any costs associated with redeeming the prize such as travel, meals, accommodation, spending money or taxes.
The prize will not be transferable to another person.
No part of a prize is exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other prize.
If the prize is not available for any reason, Supercars reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value if the winners agree in writing and subject to any written directions from any applicable regulatory authority. If the winners do not agree despite reasonable attempts Supercars to reach an agreement and the prize is not available due to circumstances beyond Supercars control, Supercars may substitute the prize with another item or items determined by Supercars to be of equal or higher value.
Supercars will take reasonable steps to distribute the prize to the winner within 7 days of the draw.
