Game Period: The promotional game will operate between 1 May 2021 and 1 September 2021.
Draw Process: The draw will be conducted by Shay Brown (
shay@agatbusiness.com.au) on the 1st day of each calendar month, or the next business day immediately following the 1st day of each calendar month during the Game Period.
Notification of Winners:
The winner will be notified by email by or before the 10th day of each calendar month during the Game Period.
Due to privacy concerns, AGAT will not publicly announce the name of the winner each month unless the winner gives written approval to do so.
Prize Value:
The prize value for each of 1 May 2021, 1 June 2021, 1 July 2021, 1 August 2021 and 1 September 2021 is $1,000 (one thousand dollars) AUD;
Prizes will be paid to the winner by or before the 15th day of the applicable month of draw during the Game Period, or by or before such later date upon which the payment details for the winner can be confirmed by AGAT; and
If a prize cannot be paid to the winner by or before the 40th day after the draw date (Confirmation Deadline), the prize will be forfeited. A prize will be forfeited only where the payment details of the winner cannot be confirmed with the winner by or before the Confirmation Deadline with the AGAT representatives acting reasonably on the details given, or the winner refusing the prize by or before the Confirmation Deadline.
Eligibility Periods: The eligibility period for each monthly draw is as follows:
for the draw on 1 May 2021, your eligibility will be tested for the period 1 April 2021 to 30 April 2021;
for the draw on 1 June 2021, your eligibility will be tested for the period 1 May 2021 to 31 May 2021;
for the draw on 1 July 2021, your eligibility will be tested for the period 1 June 2021 to 30 June 2021;
for the draw on 1 August 2021, your eligibility will be tested for the period 1 July 2021 to 31 July 2021;
for the draw on 1 September 2021, your eligibility will be tested for the period 1 August 2021 to 31 August 2021;
applications after 31 August 2021, will not qualify for any promotional game, except where later announced in writing by AGAT.
Eligibility Terms: You will qualify for each eligibility period in which the following terms apply, and you request in writing to participate in the promotion:
you are an Australian citizen or resident;
you are under the age of 56 years;
you have an active superannuation account in an Australian complying superannuation fund;
you are not subject to a total permanent disability event or retired; and
you have contacted AGAT by phone on 1300 242 800, spoken to a member of the AGAT team, requested a member of the AGAT team review your superannuation and retirement plan and asked to participate in the promotion (although we may nonetheless reserve the right to register you for the promotional draw without you specifically requesting to participate).
