1. Information on how to enter, play, win and claim prizes form part of these Terms and
Conditions. Participation in the “WIN A NEW ALLAM HOME” Promotion (Promotion) is
deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is Allam Homes Pty Ltd ACN 003 798 883 of level 3, 11-13 Brookhollow Avenue
Norwest NSW 2153 (Promoter) under trade promotion authority TP/00826.
PRIZES
3. The main prize is a new Allam Home located at lot 121 Clover Lane Woongarrah NSW 2259
valued at $719,000.00, plus stamp duty of $27,690.00 (if applicable) and a contribution
towards legal fees of up to $2,000.00 (Main Prize). The total maximum value of the Main
Prize is $748,690.00.
4. The consolation prizes are:
(a) 1 x Penrith Panthers 2022 membership to the value of $350.00, plus a signed Panthers
jersey to the value of $300.00 (Consolation Prize A); and
(b) 2 x Penrith Panthers 2022 memberships to the value of $350.00 (Consolation Prize B).
HOW TO WIN
5. The Main Prize is won by the Winning Finalist if the Winning Finalist selects the Winning Key
and opens the Prize Door in the Key Draw (see clause 32 below).
6. Consolation Prize A is won by the Winning Finalist if the Winning Finalist does not select the
Winning Key and does not open the Prize Door (see clause 33 below).

“WIN A NEW ALLAM HOME” PROMOTION
1. Information on how to enter, play, win and claim prizes form part of these Terms and
Conditions. Participation in the “WIN A NEW ALLAM HOME” Promotion (Promotion) is
deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promoter is Allam Homes Pty Ltd ACN 003 798 883 of level 3, 11-13 Brookhollow Avenue

spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of a person.
PROMOTION PERIOD
10. The Promotion Period commences at 10am on Monday 10 May 2021 and ends at 11.59am
(Australian eastern standard time) on Friday 6 August 2021 (Promotion Period).
HOW TO ENTER
11. To enter the Promotion, an eligible Entrant must, during the Promotion Period, visit
allam.com.au/win and complete the entry form with all relevant details (including name,
phone number, email address and date of birth) and by answering any questions asked
(Entry). The Promoter does not have to accept an Entry which is not fully or correctly
completed, but may do so in its absolute discretion.
12. Each Entrant may only enter the Promotion once. Multiple Entries by an Entrant are not
permitted. The Promoter will exclude any further Entries of an Entrant.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of Entries (including as to the identity of
Entrants) and to disqualify any Entry which the Promoter believes has been tampered with or
submitted otherwise in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any form of automated
Entry using other devices or software is invalid. An Entrant must provide proof of identity,
age, citizenship or residency, if required by the Promoter.
14. To be valid, an Entry must be received during the Promotion Period. All Entries are deemed
to be received at the time of receipt into the Promotion database and not at the time of
transmission.
15. All Entries become the property of the Promoter and Penrith District Rugby League Football
Club Limited.
“KICK-TO-WIN” CHALLENGE
16. On Monday 9 August 2021, the Promoter will conduct a draw of all eligible Entries (by way of
random number generator) to draw 3 Entries (Finalists) for the “Kick-to-Win” challenge (Kickto-Win Challenge).
17. Each Finalist will be notified by the Promoter by phone and email.
18. To be eligible to participate in the Kick-to-Win Challenge, a Finalist must be available to be
present in person at Panthers Stadium for the Penrith Panthers v South Sydney Rabbitohs

(f) immediate family members of employees of Panthers Penrith Leagues Club;
(g) any professional or semi-professional sportsperson (being a person who is or has

Promoter may randomly draw another Entry.
19. The Kick-to-Win Challenge will occur during the half-time break of the NRL game between
Penrith Panthers and South Sydney Rabbitohs on Friday 20 August 2021 at BlueBet Stadium
at Penrith. Finalists must be present in person at BlueBet Stadium at that time. The Promotor
reserves the right to verify the identity of a Finalist.
20. The Kick-to-Win Challenge will be conducted by each Finalist attempting to convert from
various areas of the football field. The Finalists will attempt a conversion in the order the
Finalists are drawn in paragraph 16 above.
21. Each round of the Kick-to-Win Challenge (Round) will comprise Finalists attempting a
conversion from directly in front of the goal posts at various distances from the try line (as
determined by the Promoter). Each Finalist who successfully converts during a Round will
progress to the next Round of the Kick-to-Win Challenge. Any Finalist who does not
successfully covert the kick during a Round will be eliminated from the Kick-to-Win Challenge.
22. Where, during any Round of the Kick-to-Win Challenge, no Finalist successfully converts, then
all Finalists who participated in that Round will be entitled to participate in that Round again.
23. The Rounds of the Kick-to-Win Challenge continue until only 1 Finalist has successfully
converted during a Round (Winning Finalist).
24. The Promoter’s determination of a successful conversion is final.
25. Where no Winning Finalist is determined after 5 Rounds, the Winning Finalist will be the
Finalist whose name was first drawn in paragraph 16 above, based upon the Finalists still
competing in the last Round. For the avoidance of doubt, a Finalist who did not participate in
the last Round will not be able to be the Winning Finalist.
26. Each Finalist who is not the Winning Finalist will win a Consolation Prize B.
KEY DRAW
27. Immediately after the Kick-to-Win Challenge, the Winning Finalist will be eligible to win the
Main Prize by successfully opening the Promoter’s door (Prize Door) in accordance with these
Terms and Conditions (Key Draw).
28. Twenty-five numbered keys will be placed into a barrel, only one of which will successfully
open the padlock on the Prize Door (Winning Key).
29. The identity of the Winning Key will be contained in a tamper evident security envelope
(Security Envelope) in the possession of the Promoter’s representative.
30. The Promoter’s representative will spin the barrel and, when prompted, the Winning Finalist
will pick a key from the barrel (Selected Key), without handling or interfering with the other
keys.

GENERAL

Challenge and the Key Draw.
37. The Promoter’s decisions in relation to the Promotion are final and no correspondence with

38. The Finalists undertake the Kick-to-Win Challenge, and the Winning Finalist undertakes the
Key Draw, at their own risk and release the Promoter (including its officers, employees,
agents, associated companies and representatives) from any claim with respect to loss or
damage suffered by the Finalists in undertaking the Kick-to-Win Challenge, or suffered by the
Winning Finalist in undertaking the Key Draw.
39. The stated prize values are the recommended or market values (including GST) correct at the
time of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation
in the value of the prizes.
40. The prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash. If the Promoter is
unable to supply a nominated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply another prize
of equal or greater value. If stamp duty is not paid, or not paid in full, on the Main Prize (due
to any entitlement to exemption or discount from any government authority), the unpaid
stamp duty is not redeemed for cash.
41. Any costs associated with entering the Promotion or claiming the Main Prize, Consolation
Prize A or Consolation Prize B, and accessing the Promoter’s website, are the responsibility of
the Entrant. Any costs and taxes arising from, or in connection with acceptance of any prize

image in any media in perpetuity, without limitation and without compensation to the
Entrant. The Finalists and Winning Finalist consent to the Promoter using their names,
likenesses, images and voices (including photographs, films and recordings or same) in any
media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the
Promotion (including its outcome) and promoting any products manufactured, distributed or
supplied by the Promoter.
43. In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about
each Entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including
but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory
authorities. Participation in the Promotion is condition on providing this information. The
Promoter and Penrith District Rugby League Football Club Limited may, for an indefinite
period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity,
research or profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the
Entrant and for such other purposes as the Promoter reasonably determines.
44. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its officers,
employees, agents, associated companies and representatives) excludes all liability (including
negligence), for any personal injury, any loss or damage (including loss or opportunity),
whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
45. The Promoter assumes no responsibility, and each Entrant releases the Promoter from
responsibility, for any failure to receive an Entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss,
claim, damage or injury to person or property (including computer systems and services) as a
result of the Entrant’s participation in the Promotion or the conduct of the Promotion
generally (including with respect to injury to person or property during the Kick-to-Win
Challenge or the Key Draw) or as a direct or indirect result of an Entrant’s error, any technical
problem (including communications or network failure, unauthorised access to, transferal of,
or theft of data), whether caused by the Entrant, or associated with the equipment or
programming used in the conduct of this Promotion.
46. If the Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter,
including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the
Promoter reservices the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to
disqualify any Entrant or, subject to any directions from any regulatory authority, to modify,
suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
47. Failure by the Promoter to exercise any of its rights contained in Terms and Conditions at any
time does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

negligence), for any personal injury, any loss or damage (including loss or opportunity),
whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
45. The Promoter assumes no responsibility, and each Entrant releases the Promoter from
responsibility, for any failure to receive an Entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss,
claim, damage or injury to person or property (including computer systems and services) as a
result of the Entrant’s participation in the Promotion or the conduct of the Promotion
generally (including with respect to injury to person or property during the Kick-to-Win
Challenge or the Key Draw) or as a direct or indirect result of an Entrant’s error, any technical
problem (including communications or network failure, unauthorised access to, transferal of,
or theft of data), whether caused by the Entrant, or associated with the equipment or
programming used in the conduct of this Promotion.
46. If the Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter,
including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the
Promoter reservices the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to
disqualify any Entrant or, subject to any directions from any regulatory authority, to modify,
suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
47. Failure by the Promoter to exercise any of its rights contained in Terms and Conditions at any
time does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

48. This Promotion is governed by, and constructed in accordance with, the laws of the state of
New South Wales, and by entering into the Promotion, Entrants consent to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of the state of New South Wales.
