The Promotion is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner. The Promoter is Supagas Pty Ltd (ABN 50 074 008 496) of 5 Benson Road, Ingleburn NSW 2565
Promotion commences on 19 April 2021 at 08:00am AEDT and ends 18 July 2021 at 11:59pm AEST (Promotional Period).
Entry is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 years and who are not directors or employees of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate (or immediate family members of those directors and employees) (Eligible Entrants).
To be eligible to enter the Promotion, entrants must during the Promotional Period purchase from any participating Supagas branch or agent any 45kg LPG for use at their place of residence. Entrants will receive an automatic entry for a chance to win one of three Harvey Norman gift cards.
Entry is limited to one per customer account.
One (1) prize winner (First Prize Winner) will receive a $5000 Harvey Norman gift card, one (1) prize winner (Second Prize Winner) will receive a $2500 Harvey Norman gift card and one (1) prize winner (Third Prize Winner) will receive a $1500 Harvey Norman gift card. The total Prize pool is valued at $9,000 (inclusive of GST).
There will be a total of three (3) winners.
Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The time of entry will in each case be the time the customer order is received by the Promoter’s database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions or for any other reason.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entrants (including an entrant’s identity, place of residence and at the time of the draw the entrant must be currently renting a Supagas 45kg LPG bottle at their place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
This promotion is a game of chance and winners will be drawn at random electronically. Electronic drawing system approval number 1224.
The draw for first, second and third prize will be conducted by Supagas Pty Ltd at 5 Benson Road, Ingleburn NSW 2565 on 2 August 2021 at 11.00am AEST. All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be included in the draw. The winners do not need to be present at the draw unless expressly stated to the contrary.
The Promoter will attempt to notify the winners after the draw referred to in clause 13 within two business days of the draw. Contact will be made via personal email and or telephone. The names of the winners will be published on

The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details. If an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any personal information should be directed to the Promoter.
If the Promoter is unable to contact a winner after having made reasonable efforts to do so using the information provided when their order was placed, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entry, in which case clause 18 will apply.
The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of a winner not being an Eligible Entrant, not having complied with these Terms and Conditions or not being able to be contacted by the Promoter after the Promoter having made reasonable efforts to do so. If a redraw is necessary, it will be conducted by Supagas Pty Ltd at 5 Benson Road, Ingleburn NSW 2565 on 3rd November 2021 at 10:00am AEST. Any winners determined in accordance with this clause 18 will be notified by email and or telephone within one business day of the draw and their names will be published online at

If for any reason the Winner(s) does not take the Prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Prize will be forfeited.
All Gift Cards are valid until the expiry date stated on the gift card or by the provider of the Gift card. Entrants agree to comply with any conditions which accompany the Gift Card.
Neither the Promoter nor the Gift Card provider is liable for any gift card that has been stolen, forged, lost, damaged or tampered with in any way.
Entrants are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize(s). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize. Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the competition and they will not be reimbursed regardless of whether or not they win the competition.
If the Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, subject to State and Territory legislation and to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the Prizes is for some reason unavailable.
The Promoter (subject to State and Territory legislation) reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this competition if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition or if such a change is required to ensure the safety of the Promoter, its representatives and of entrants. Such changes may include the timing of any draw, the conduct of any prize related activities, and the timing or destination of any travel.
To the greatest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all warranties, representations or guarantees (Warranties) regarding the Promotion and any prizes, including any Warranties which may have been made in the course of advertising or promoting the Promotion. The conduct of the Promotion or the supply of prizes may involve third parties, and the Promoter makes no Warranties and disclaims all liability in connection with any such third parties, their acts or omissions. By entering the Promotion, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter and its related bodies corporate (including the officers, employees and agents of each) from and against all actions, penalties, liabilities, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the Promotion or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
If despite the foregoing clause, the Promoter incurs a liability to an entrant under any law which implies a Warranty into these Terms of entry which cannot legally be excluded, the Promoter’s liability in respect of the Promotion is limited, in the Promoter’s discretion, to either resupplying such goods or services as form part of the Promotion, or paying the cost of resupplying those goods or services.
Without limiting any of the foregoing, in no circumstances will an entrant or the Promoter have any liability to the other for any loss or damage suffered which is indirect or consequential in nature, including without limitation any loss of profit, loss of reputation, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using the personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes, including to third parties involved in the promotion and any relevant authorities. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the private information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant.
The collection and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy statement.
The Promotion and these Terms of entry will be governed by the law of the State or Territory in which the Promoter ordinarily resides. Entrants accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts and tribunals of that State or Territory in connection with disputes concerning the Promotion.
Facebook, YouTube, or Instagram may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, YouTube, or Instagram; and to release Facebook, YouTube, or Instagram from all liability in relation to this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook, YouTube, or Instagram.
