Subject to clause 3, this promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are either: (a) currently employed as a chef at a foodservice outlet business operating in Australia; or (b) an authorised representative of a foodservice outlet business operating in Australia (“Eligible Participants”).Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, the Promoter’s resellers, wholesalers, suppliers, contract customers, contract caterers or operators with exclusive supply agreements, government and statutory bodies, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to participate. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
The promotion commences on 12/04/2021 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 12/09/2021 (“Promotional Period”)To be eligible to participate, an Eligible Participant must, during the Promotional Period, place an order for and purchase from any participating foodservice distributor, a carton of Eligible Product (“Qualifying Purchase”).

Eligible Participants can obtain one (1) promotional leaflet containing a unique code for each Eligible Product purchased during the Promotional Period. If the Eligible Participant does not receive a promotional leaflet at the time of purchase it is the responsibility of the Eligible Participant to request the promotional leaflet(s).
To participate, the Eligible Participant must during the Promotional Period, visit
www.partywithpatties.com.au ("the Website"), and in accordance with the directions enter their requested details to register for an account. Eligible Participants will be required to create a user-name and password. After registering for an account, the Eligible Participant can enter their unique code(s) at the Website by following the directions during the Promotional Period.
The Eligible Participant will receive one (1) entry for each unique code submitted in accordance with these Term and Conditions.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) promotional leaflet will be provided per Eligible Product purchased; (b) each entry must be submitted in accordance with entry requirements; (c) unrecognised or copied promotional leaflets and unique codes will be deemed invalid; and (d) the same unique code cannot be entered more than once.
Eligible Participants must retain a copy of their full Qualifying Purchase invoice(s) and promotional flyer(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an individual’s entries and forfeiture of any right to the prize.
Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
By submitting an entry or taking the prize, the Eligible Participant warrants that he/she is authorised to do so by their employer.
The draw will take place at 11b Gibbon Road, Winston Hills NSW 2153 at 12pm AEST on 16/9/2021. The winner will be notified by email within two days of the draw and published on the Website on 20/9/2021.
The first valid entry drawn $5,000 cash in the form of a Visa card. Redemption and use of the Visa card are subject to the standard conditions of the issuer.
The draw for any unclaimed prize will take place at the same place and time as the original draw on 16/12/2021, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner, if any, will be notified by email and published at the Website on 17/12/2021.
Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for and cannot be held liable for any element of the prize which is cancelled or delayed, or where the location is changed, or any other occurrence, which is out of the reasonable control of the Promoter.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.

The Promoter will send out prize(s) to the Australian address specified by the Eligible Participant within 6 weeks of the date the prize claim is received.
